Great Customer Service
I visited BDA and I loved the overall customer service and attention to my needs.
I asked a tons of questions and they were very helpful. I didn't buy anything yet, as my husband and I need to think about our options. But we are going to buy our next few appliances at Bloor Dover...

Great service and selection
I recently renovated my kitchen and a friend of mine suggested I check out Bloor Dovercourt Appliances. Normally I go to big box stores but this was the first time in my life I got to choose all brand new matching appliances so I wanted to go somewhere where the staff new their stuff.
Was I ever impressed. Not only did they know everything about every appliance in the store but they also asked me very good questions about my cooking habits and suggested the Kitchenaid line after hearing how much I love to cook (and how much I love mt kitchenaid stand mixer).
This level of customer service can't be beat! They addressed things I hadn't even thought of and I'm so excited for my appliances to arrive!

I bought a portable dishwasher (for
October 14, 2011which, of the big box stores, only Sears had better selection than Bloor Dovercourt) and a dehumidifier. Both were very well priced and I was given the floor model for the dishwasher at a reduced price. Delivery was that same day, and the delivery men were quite a bit better than some others I've had to deal with. Service was pretty good though they were a little understaffed. November 14, 2010We bought a fridge, dryer and washer. Great prices andd next day delivery (I comparison-shopped at the Bay and Sears and they had higher prices and we would have had to wait a week for delivery--a problem because we didn't have a working fridge.) Nice staff!
