I have been training at the York Academy of Martial Arts for over 15 years! Great place to improve mind, body and spirit. This place is great because it focuses on personal growth as well as physical development. I did not only learn Karate, I also learned how to set goals and achieve them in my personal life. My life is in the "right" track because of the York Academy of Martial Arts, it would not have been the same without it.

My experience over the last six years at the York Academy of Martial Arts has been absolutely amazing. From the time I started to now I have learned so many great things such as self defence, kata, sparring, and weapons training. I am currently in the best shape of my life.
