One of two good Mac stores
Not including the two Apple stores in Calgary, this is one of two Mac specialist stores. The other being MyMacDealer. You can get computers here, iPods and all the rest. Staff have good product knowledge.
limited stock for some items
They have a lot of products here, but in certain departments they seem to be lacking. Looking for an iPad case, I only found a few options. Looking again online seemed to be a better option for me.
great Mac outlet
This is an Apple certified dealer, so you can come here for all of your Mac, Apple, iPhone, iPod and iPad needs. They're very knowledgeable and I travel across the city to shop here.

Terrible service. West World was the only place in Calgary to get the item I wanted, but I still had some questions. The staff member that served me had no patience for my questions. He didn't want to demonstrate cases and when I didn't like his first suggestion, he'd get frustrated and walk away. My apple laptop is having issues so in a desire to support local business I called WestWorld Computers. I told them my screen was broken and I needed to have it fixed or replaced along with a new battery. I was told to bring it in so they could look at it (that is all I was told). I've been going to Westworld on Centre St for about 5 years now for various warranty issues with my Mac. They've always done a good and prompt job fixing my laptop but the receptionist leave a lot to be desired. I would be embarrassed of them if I was the store owner/manager. They are the first people of contact when you call and often when you go in. 9/10 times I have found them extremely rude... more
