I had a brand new limited edition citizen watch for resizing. The guy cut off too much on one side and I didn't realize it until I came home. They treated my $800 watch like garbage and I had to pay $80 to get a new wristband. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

What a joke! Came in to inquire about replacing a watch battery and the guy was condescending and rude. $14 to change. I would rather spend the $1 extra and go to Sears. Way better customer service at Sears.

This is a Canadian owned company? I would have rather supported them instead of a large retailer but it is always the service that makes a difference.

An OK place for designer-label watches, but not for a connoisseur; granted, they probably don't market that anyways, i.e. DT.

They've got the usual suspects, with Tissot being their best line, since the Armani is there just for the name lol.
