Heat pump experts

I have nothing negative to say about thermo cool. They replaced my heat pump with an Aqua Therm and it has been working great for about the last year.

Warning against thermocool

Beware as they will over-charge you and lie and if you catch them over-charging you they will become abusive and put up a big fight. Dealing with them was a nightmare. I hope that sharing my experience can save someone else the grief. I've notice that there are some positive reviews about this company. They do seem to know what they are doing -- but they seem to use this knowledge to rip off... more
