I am a regular at The Rovers. Whether I am catching up with friends over drinks, or having dinner with my boyfriend, it is a place that makes everyone comfortable, and everyone leaves satisfied. I like healthier options, while my bf prefers pub classics, and that's exactly why The Rovers works for us- its a no-brainer! Plus, I love a great selection of beers, and watching the hockey game on the big screen is exactly the way it should be seen (except when the Leafs lose!). It's comfy, unpretentious, and overall, a great spot. Check it out!
Liked the wide variety of beers on tap, but when I tried some of the less popular beers it tasted like the lines had not been cleaned in a while. I also didn't enjoy the chilli.
I go to Rovers at least once a week with my friends for dinner and drinks after work. The newer staff are all really friendly and fairly quick with taking and bringing orders (some of the old staff were super slow and somewhat rude).
Love the sweet potato fries and they have a HUGE selection of beers (Hoegaarden baby!). Best part is the free UFC and oh so comfortable booths. Awesome place to chill out, relax and enjoy a good drink with great company.
The Rover's Pub is a relatively new addition to the Annex. They do things a little bit different than the average pub including outfitting the space with booths that come with personal TVs, decent pub grub and a good selection of beers on tap.

There doesnt seem to be a review about that this place that isnt overwhelmingly negative, or thats obviously been written by a member of staff, I.E. reviewers with only one review to their credit singing glorious praises about the food, service, and atmosphere. (Folks, if ya work there, maybe try and be a LITTLE less obvious about it.)Ive been here a few times for a quick pint. They show EPL... more
How can you have a pub called "Rovers" and have no Guinness on tap is beyond me.
Rover’s Pub replicates an authentic English establishment, right in the heart of the Annex. Classic pub fare and 16 draught beers round out the genuine feel of this casual hangout. Featuring 21 TVs, one in each booth, a large projector for watching major sports games and events, and a Golden Tee Golf Game, Rover’s is known for more than its food and drink offerings. Bangers and mash, fish and... more
