not just a name

Another review states that you're only paying for the name here and that you get nothing in return. I disagree, this hotel is very nice and has great accommodations. The only reason I dock stars is because a lot of the extra amenities aren't included in your room price and cost extra.

This hotel is smack-dab in downtown Cow town, It is adjacent to the Calgary tower. Its a landmark of the city. This hotel has a great location in downtown Calgary. It is a beautiful structure, with a full compliment of services offered. The reason I have assigned such a low rating has to do with the attitude of the staff, which has not been wonderful. This 4 star hotel is located in the city centre of Calgary and was established in 1914. It is close to the Calgary Tower and the nearest station is C-Train.
