Used to be good .... losing its lustre

Years ago a lot of people liked this "trendy" place. Well, they've been stuck in neutral now for several years, and may even be slipping a bit into reverse. Nothing much to write home about anymore.

Not keeping up

This place used to be pretty good a few years ago, but in my recent visits, it seems like its sliding a bit. The food is now only okay, whereas it used to be be really good, and the ambience has slipped. Oh well, they did have their day.

good food, scary neighbourhood

we were scared to walk in and out of this place, there were a lot of really sketchy people on the street, but surprisingly on the inside it's very good food.

Love the oysters! Lots of selection and love the pickled radish that goes with the oysters. Best lamb and duck! Love the fresh warm bread.

To our suprise, once we got there, we were the only ones in the entire place! We got the whole back room to ourselves, with a romantic candle lit dinner. I could see how if the place filled up, it could be kind of awkward sitting so close to other... more
