Overall very good

On a rainy tuesday night, we were the only clients there, along with one other table. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Service speed was good, but it would have been difficult to justify slow or poor service with only a few patrons.
The food was very good overall. Entrees of foie gras, panaché salad and the daily potage...

The restaurant is also reviewed on Trip Advisor as Restaurant Sinclair, if you'd like additional input from others...same place. It's part of the St. Sulpice boutique hotel.
The only enjoyable part of our evening was the food. It wasn't outstanding, but it was good. The beef tartare, the rack of lamb and the desserts were particularly enjoyable. The mushroom risotto...
