This establishment has a lot of nerve charging the rates they do for a severely out-of-date hotel amenity and service they provide, their proximity to West Edmonton Mall seeming to be their only draw.

Worst room ever... I walked into my room and it felt like I opened the gates to hell the room was hotter than the devils anus i felt like i was being double penetrated by boiling water...not to mention I was kicked off the roof for being "intoxicated"

Beds are finished, room has remanence of when smoking was permitted indoors, the blankets have holes everywhere. Sheets are stained, one bed had pubic hair in it. Quick walk across the street to mall

The location is great. It is a more affordable option to fantasyland hotel which is right inside the mall. Parking is very minimal, especially for a larger vehicle. The rooms are older, could use some renovations or at least some paint. No breakfast options. Unclean, but convenient.

The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower and the walls were dirty when we arrived. The air conditioner wasn't working any of the 3 nights we stayed.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton. It was so convenient to be located across from the mall. Pleasantly surprised

After reading the reviews of this hotel we booked anyway. I have to admit the hotel entrance and lobby carpets were quite dirty. Once we arrived in our room it was very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was always friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Nice hotel but no restaurant

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. What you see in the picture is what you get (minus the flowers). Remember to ask about the free breakfast buffet coupon every morning (it is in the West Edmonton Mall right across the street.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location if you are spending a lot of time at the West Edmonton Mall. Rooms are okay, the staff seemed pleasant and friendly, but the hotel does not offer many amenities because of its location. All in all it worked fine for us.

Overall my experience was pretty middle of the road. Would definitely recommend stocking the fridge with food as the only thing they serve is toast in the morning and the lineup is long. Staying across the mall is a hard to beat convenience. We got this hotel at a discount price of $130. Although the location is great, I don't think I would pay more for this hotel. Great location inside West Edmonton Mall. But for $300\night, there needs to be some reno's done to the rooms. Having no controllable hot \ cold water was an issue. Overall Poor to fair

Dated rooms with holes in the sheets, rude counter staff, cheerleaders running around until 3am - and you have to pay for wireless! All for $126 a night - never again!

We stayed at the WEM Inn to be close to the mall, and to avoid the REALLY expensive rooms at the mall hotel, so the accommodations met our needs. I spent one night here to shop at West Edmonton Mall. The location is great, it's just across the street, a shorter walk than across the mall! :) The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and they let me leave my car in the parking lot to shop more on Sunday after checking out. Directly across the street from WEM. Rooms are clean and comfortable, quiet clean hotel, friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both have been positive.
