Prior to this experience, I had not been a customer of Urban Outfitters. I decided to bite the bullet and ordered seven pieces valued at around $200 online. The shipping was reasonable (two weeks, give or take). My hopes were not very high, as I was not sure what to expect. The order finally came in this afternoon and I am returning every last piece of the order. This being that the sizing,... more

Lost my online order and are doing NOTHING to fix it. If you wanna dress like Lana Del Ray then by all means, this place is for you. Everything is so expensive, so not worth it. Quality is c@!p. Service is c@!p.

I gave them a phone call asking about a pair of shoes i was interested in, and it was probably the worst experience i've ever had with them. I regularly visit the west 4th location, and after not being able to find my size there, i gave them a call. After being on hold with a woman for a while, a man picked up the phone, and without apologizing for the wait, and he asked me"you were lookin for... more

Overpriced, mediocre quality, predictable styles. Unfortunately one of the places I shop at frequently because they have a lot of choices.

I am a fan of Urban Outfitters and saw the sign on the door for Ugly Sweaters but they were poor attempts of a re-issue sweater that was overly priced....pass. Sales lady seemed anything but helpful. Back to Metrotown I go and their location. I get way less attitude there.

Whenever I'm down town, I always drop by the sale section in the right hand corner of the second floor. I usually only buy things in the sale section that are under 15$. Unfortunately, some of the stuff for sale can be a bit odd, like crazily sequinned hot pink dresses, or shorts that are so short you could probably see the girls' anus. The service is not the best. Many times I have dealt with... more

For being such a big store their selection is really... "meh" and not a lot of variety- this coming from someone who used to be a very avid UO shopper before I moved here.

The staff are rude. Will not greet you or make eye contact, act annoyed if you are looking at something next to where they are working (if they are folding t-shirts on a wall and you are looking at some jeans next to them... more

Store itself I find to be tacky looking and I hate the layout. Merchandising is terrible.
Line ups are way too long, and prices for what it is are too high.
It's slim pickings for things I like.

Staff, when you finally can get someone to help you- are both rude and unhelpful.
The girl I had to deal with at the change rooms was a total B----

Ignored me for quite awhile talking to another girl.... more

this store is absolutely packed with teenage girls and swaggots. the selection of (mens) shirts here are a mix if weed, swag, and A$AP Rocky. obey hats litter this store, adding to the swag, and, what feels like expensive mishka knockoffs can be seen alongside the obey.

when you walk in, the music is instantly way too loud, making shopping with friends almost impossible.

the staff is very... more

It just seems as though Urban Outfitters is getting worse and worse.

It's always been overpriced, but years ago I could walk in here and find at least half a dozen things to try on. I even remember my very first purchase here! A beautiful white lacey dress fit for a faerie princess that set me back a painful (to my bank account) bill. Unfortunately, I have long since shrunk out of my beloved... more

Years ago I would peruse the racks here, never buying anything as $60 for a t-shirt that's almost transparent is kind of unreasonable! Now I'll come in to get a quirky gift or sift through the war zone of a sale section that's concentrated within 4 square metres... But only if I feel like it!

This used to be a store where you could pick up a cute skirt, or basic tee...but now it's just overpriced, and a lot of Vancouver seems to wear this junk.

If I happen to come here it's only for the itty bitty sale section upstairs. Have time to rummage around? Then you can score some GREAT deals, like tops under $10! Other than that, I prefer to spend my money elsewhere.

Also I will say, why... more

I'm pretty sure this store has drained most of my bank account. I love it because they always have the cutest things, and there are new things coming in all the time. The prices are usually average, not too expensive, but not cheap. The clothes may not be the best quality at times, but they are very trendy and fashion forward and I can't help but love them. They have the best scarves and... more

There was a time not too long ago when I was still in a small prairie town, still on a form of internet that wasn't much faster than dial-up, first credit card in hand, staying up until the wee hours of the morning, scrolling through pages upon pages of my then most recent discovery: UrbanOutfitters dot com. Imagine the thrill I had when I moved to Montreal only to find the real deal store --... more

I'm not a hipster nor a fan of impotency-inducing skinny jeans BUT I do love all other hipster clothes. I know real hipsters probably hate people like me because I'm conformist for shopping at Urban Outfitters but whole discussion is just hypocritical in and of itself.

Philosophical discussion aside, I really do love to shop at UO. While their merchandise may be a tad bit overpriced, there are... more

I wouldn't normally venture into these parts, but I was on the hunt for a silly gift under $20. Since Spencer's gifts and San Francisco stores have pretty much ceased to exist, this was all I had to work with. The store is a cluster of hipster duds, and ugly Xmas sweaters that are obviously so ironic and hilarious that they can sell them for like $100. Yikes. Guess the joke's on you when you... more

Oh my, I thought the Urban Outfitters in Montreal on Rue St Catherine was bad.... until I came here.

The WORST selection of stuff, and not even the good stuff from the catalog. I am not sure if people aren't hip enough in Vancouver or what the deal is but I found one thing in the entire store I liked. And when I flew home I went to Urban and found a million things I like so I think this... more

The accessories are cute, but I think Urban Outfitters' and my ideas of "medium" clothing vary wildly. Which is too bad because they do have some cute clothes at not entirely horrible prices. I'd just have to remove a rib to get into a sundress is all.

The novelties nook up the stairs has a few cool things, like the Darth Vader alarm clock. Most of the books are of the "blogger got a book... more

One of my favourite places to shop at. Seriously, if you're a patient shopper and is able to look through racks and racks of clothes, then this is the store for you. I first discovered this store in Seattle downtown, where I spent two whole hours in their basement clearance section. It was that good. So when the Vancouver one opened up, I had high hopes. It was a little disappointing that they... more

a cool place not only for clothes but gift ideas. This place is full of rare finds on the racks and also on the bookshelves - quirky boardgames and hilarious books and other nicknacks. I always lose track of the time when I walk in here
