Love this spa. I buy the gift cards from costco and get a regular massage and facials. I have yet to have a bad experience. I go extra early to sit in the lounge area and enjoy the infrared sauna. I especially enjoy going when it is really cold outside and enjoying the heated marble loungers, it helps me with the winter blues. I would highly recommend.

restriction on promotions

I think your restriction of using gift cards on any promotions is simply wrong when you are offering $25.00 off massage, facials, etc. Gift cards are another form of cash and in my opionion it is simply a way for you to "cash grab" your clients or potential clients. It is enough for me to not include The Spa Ritual as one of my first choices.

The spa building is very nice and the stone chairs make it worth the trip. But the massage experience itself is hugely dependent on who you get. I recently had a reasonable massage but then the music in the spa went off and stayed off for at least 30 minutes. There was awkward silence. That sucked.

I had my appointment at 9 am and called at 8:45 for confirmation on address and nobody answered the phone. When I arrived I was shown around which was nice but then my spa representative picked me up for my scrub at 9:07 and then I was finished at 9:32... she flipped the clock upside down so I wouldn't see it. When you pay $100 for a half hour treatment you should at least get that..

I went there myself for the first time and I loved it. The establishment was very clean and most certainly felt like something meant for royalty! Staff was professional, polite, and courteous.
