UPDATE 2015-12-21: Corporate headquarters was great - they assured me they received my complaint last week & took action within a week. Today, they have let me know it was addressed & dealt with. Thank you.

This is a great location that's found inside a Chapter's so you can grab a coffee while you peruse books. However, I think because of this it can get really busy, especially on the weekends.

During the rush, you've got long line-ups but the staff does well to speed things along. Also, the place isn't the cleanest during peak times. They've got a good amount of seating but are seriously limited... more

The starbucks inside Chapters is like any other. The good thing about this one is that is has a pretty good area full of chairs, tables & even some arm chairs. I hate it though when people hog tables & park themselves in a cafe for the free wifi. Go home or go to the library!

Total 0. Bonnie is the rudest starbucks employee I have ever encountered. What a putz. Seriously, 10 minutes to get an egg white wrap and you try to pretend that you didn't forget?

Do I look like I have the IQ of a barista? Get real. No apology, just excuses. I won't be back to this location. I mean who buys books made of paper anymore anyway.

I like to stop in from time to time and I've always found the staff here fast and very friendly. I don't like to get the same thing all the time and having people make recommendations is a great thing.

I think the only thing that would make this better would be if they had a drive through.

I ordered the Cinnamon Dolche latte - which is an espresso latte - because my aunt recommended it.

Was it ever good! It's rich and creamy, and has a lot of cinnamon. I'd recommend it, which is kind of what I'm doing HERE!

This location is always busy. The service can be quite slow depending on when you go. It is connected to a Chapters which could be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it.

There is ample seating and the fireplace is a nice touch.

This is one of the better Starbucks that locate inside a Chapters.

Spacious with tons of comfortable seatings...love those armchairs especially those one at the corner!!

The seating around the fireplace for sure is one of my fave to hang around and talk to friends or just going online for hours using their WIFI!

This is my favourite Starbucks. It is housed inside the Chapters store so the atmosphere is great. It has plenty of seating so you don't feel cramped and forced to listen in on your neighbour's conversation. Or vice versa. The coffee is strong, the bagels made to perfection, the treats delectable. My fav location...This is my go-to place when I want to get a way from home

-Near everything
-Always clean
-A nice place to sit and have coffee with a friend or even just to read a book
-Plenty of seating, though around lunch it is hard to get a seat
-The baristas & store manager here are so nice and helpful
-Whenever I'm there, they are always giving out samples
-CONNECTED TO A CHAPTERS =)

This is by far one of the best Starbucks out there. Although it is a franchise, but I feel not all Starbucks are equally made. I am never disappointed by any coffee drinks made at this location. They are able to accommodate to any combo, self inventive, and odd request. I wouldn't normally be inclined to yelp about a franchise such as starbucks. It's not my favorite place to get coffee but let me tell you why I like this place:

It's attached to a Chapters bookstore, with great hours. I always come here before or after movies at the AMC to chat with friends. It's a great meeting spot with lots of comfy couches and tables and parking. Most of all it's not... more
