Staff don't look happy and look distracted. They make you wait. They do not acknowledge you being there trying to spend your money. Spent over an hour in the store no one said hi. I purchased a 50" Samsung plasma tv from the Future shop approximately 2.5 years ago along with a 48 month warranty. Since then I've had It serviced three times in total. Two times for no power and the last time it was serviced because it had a line about 2 inches across the bottom of the screen. I drove down to this store in Port Coquitlam in order to buy a new Wii U game. They had plenty of games in stock and it was a breeze paying with my Coquitlam Centre gift card. I got a receipt and walked away happy.

I was looking for a netbook and found it here after an exhaustive search at about a half dozen other Future Shop locations. I found the service quick and helpful, they even matched the price for an online sale. The clerk had to check with the manager who authorized the price change. I did not expect the kind of service I received here due to past experiences with other Future Shop locations.

Everytime I go to this Future Shop location I like it a little bit less. I think this is largely because it is a really busy store, the sales staff are constantly tied up with multiple customers which i think seriously impacts the service level. They are always there and helpful, but sometimes finding someone who is available and not currently helping 5 other people is a major challenge.
