Went there yesterday Forrest from computer and electronics helped me. That was 10/10 costumer service. I bought a universal charger , he knew exactly what I needed and helped me get right to it. Friendly too. I'll be back

As they say $!## happens. As a result of a HD failure/replacement, Microsoft no longer recognized my Windows 7. After trying a few other methods, I was left with the task of resetting my laptop back to its initial status.
