Every time I've used this service, the car has arrived on time. That said, we were charged a little more than the originally agreed upon flat rate the last time we used the service.

Took a minivan with bulky cargo from the airport. New-looking, well cared for car; polite driver who would readily chit-chat but didn't force conversation. Slightly more expensive than a taxi but worth it.

I've tried using this service multiple times from Pearson airport lately (2015) and they have consistently left me hanging. Pre-arranged limo rates are lower than walk-ins, so I typically call as I approach the exit. BUYER BEWARE: I booked a car online from Pearson to downtown. Was quoted $48 dollars which seemed reasonable. When we arrived at my place I was charged $58. A "10 dollar pre-booking fee" was added. We travel nationally and internationally at least 10 times a year. We usually have an uneventful experience with them - after all, it's just a taxi service from and to the airport, not a full fledge catering-to-your needs service experience. Booked a pickup online for Saturday at 6:30am, driver arrived 15 mins early, but didn't rush me to get going. Super clean and courtesy. Will definitely use them again!

Usually use this company to get to the airport. The rates are reasonable, and the vehicles are clean. I seem to get a sedan about half the time, and a minivan the other half.

Out of all the times I've used them, they have only been late once.

We used Aeroport recently for travel to and from Pearson. We booked a van and the driver arrived to pick us up at the agreed upon time. This driver was very nice provided a clean vehicle and even had a newspaper for us to read. Completely satisfied with this driver.

I wouldn't recommend this service. Was verbally abused by a driver, who told me I shouldn't f-ing get in his car if I had a cough. He would not provide a car number or his name, and when I called the company they did not seem to care nor did they take any steps to resolve or correct the issue.

Note: I just tried to rebook the same exact trip I took previously with Aeroport Taxi, from my residence in downtown Toronto to Billy Bishop, but the price quoted this time was far higher. Not sure why the price has suddenly skyrocketed, but I declined to book and will now be looking for a more reasonably priced taxi service.

Courteous service, flat rates (so you know you won't get ripped off) with zones that you can see, and always available at airport to pick you up.

Always get me home safely from Pearson and don't have to bother with parking there. Only qualm is that it's about 15-20% more expensive than regular cab, but I don't mind since I'm usually not the one paying. :-)

Used these guys for pick up from the home to the airport. Their prices are fair & the car they sent was nice. It was a sedan with black leather seats & the driver was also very friendly & professional. We always use Aeroport whenever we travel.

I got a rude aggressive driver with a rent-a-wreck that broke down on hwy401. After 20 mins and my urging he finally called dispatch, couldn't speak English, and couldn't state where we were to dispatch! I love everything about Aeroport Taxi.

Reserving a car to and/or from Pearson is so simple whether you reserve online or on the phone. You can even request a wake up call. The drivers are always on time and professional. Their fleet of taxis and limos are clean and comfortable. I always manage to fall asleep on my ride home after a long flight.

I have used Aeroport Taxi multiple times to get to the airport, their rate from my house is $5 cheaper then the service i used to use, and when i took a regular cab on the meter it was almost $15 more. I would defientely reccomend this service the drivers are punctual and you can book your trip way in advance.
