Best advice I can offer based on my experience is do _not_ accept any verbal agreements/quotes from this dealership, ask for EVERYTHING in writing, down to the most minute procedure and policy.
Escalation with dissatisfaction is dismissively treated.
I went to Oakville Toyota to test drive a car I’ve been looking at, and for the most part had a really good experience. I did not have an appointment, but there did not appear to be any other customers in the dealership at the time, and I was able to speak to a sales representative right away, who immediately arranged the test drive. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive, we sat down to discuss the car’s features and pricing, and while the sales rep was very nice, he was also new, and kept having to leave to confer with his manager, which made the whole process take longer than I would have hoped. Also, the sales rep was a little too aggressive for me, as I was not prepared to buy a car right then and there. It was nice, though, that before I left the sales manager came out to introduce himself and make sure that the experience had gone well, and that his new sales rep had done a good job.
