Family Friendly Exhibit

Nothing high tech about this ecology centre. Just sound basic exhibits with some interesting info about the local flora and fauna.

Nice visit

We ended up here because the price of Capilano was extortionate.
There were not nearly so many people. A relaxing and pleasant hike with the bridge attraction an obvious asset. Also it was free and still enjoyable.
The food was not anything special and not exactly cheap. Seems to be the going theme everywhere these days!

If you are a local or visitor and it's raining, this is a good place to spend an hour or more. Especially fun for little kids and possibly up to age of 12. Educational

You can also enjoy films in the mini-theatre, play with the puppets or relax while the kids play with the piles of animal and nature toys around. The park itself is home to the Capilano Suspension... more
