Went for an oil change and they didnt call me to pick it up and closed for the day. Luckily i had a spare key and was able to drive off with the car. Then they thought my car was still on the lot for 2to3the months but still no one called me to come pick it.it wasnt until a loan officer called since they ran a lien check on the car......staff are unprofessional which only means the mechanics... more
