didn't enjoy the stay at all
May 19, 2012We had great experiences with many other Marriott hotels, so we decided to stay loyal and picked the pinnacle hotel.. We were first given 28th floor with harbour view, but found a spider underneath my pillow. We were pretty grossed out..so we called the front desk, but from the sound of it..they thought we were lying.. then they gave us the 30th floor. We were hoping that it would be much... more

May 19, 2012I'm not usually loyal to a particular hotel, but I know which hotel I'm staying when I'm in Vancouver. I don't know what they do to the staff there, but the staff at the Marriott Pinnacle is the nicest hotel people anywhere--Brittney at the frontdesk was amazingly helpful during my last trip to Vancouver. It's a great place to stay. The Ocean View Room which i was in on the 18th floor was great as well. It may not be the cheapest Hotel but it's worth the stay. My most important stat for a hotel is to be clean. Well it is :) Great stay and everything is just around so no need to travel to far.
