Policy" over People makes for bad customer service

The company I work for booked me into this hotel through an online service. The room was paid in full for the night. The statement from the online service said that nothing else was needed. The only additional cost or requirement was if you had pets.

Extremely Friendly Atmosphere

My experience was awesome if I had one negative thing to say it would be that the cable channels were extremely limited and we were provided with no list of channels provided. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and courteous.

Clean rooms, very friendly & polite front desk staff. Enjoyed convenience of the Keg for dinner. My only issue was a few loud neighbors...which I just put up with (evening & morning). But the cleaning staff knocking on doors around 7am was a bit unwelcome. Not all of us have to be up and out of the room by 7-8am.... more
