Very good staff and great instruments

I had the chance to buy my bass guitar here and to be honest i thought they wouldnt have it but they did the staff are really receptive to your need and they also understand your budget whice is very important for customers i recommended Steve Music to everybody and to me it is a better store then ITALMELODY

Awful Service - I went there to buy

a $25.00 ukelele, which should have taken about 5 minutes. I was waiting for them to "bring it down" for over half an hour, and waited even longer to get through the payment. It is a filthy, crowded store, and the staff seem to only help you out if you are buying something expensive. Although they have a good selection of merchandise, it is not a pleasant experience. I won't be returning.

saw the manager yelling at a client, they almost looked like they were about to fight, the manager is a psychopath and need a anger management class ASAP.

reculons après avoir lu les critiques sur ce site... Finalement je ne sais pas à qui vous faites référence quand vous dites qu'ils ne connaissent pas leur affaire mais j'ai été très bien servi. Disponiliblité, patience, professionnalisme. J'y suis allé un vendredi dans le jour. C'est probablement un meilleur moment pour avoir du service qu'en soirée quand le magasin est plein... Gros bon sens.... more
