Very poor parking
The staff are Ok but it is impossible to park, the staff takes up a lot of the parking where they're not suppose to in the parkade. When is this going to change, they need more parking? I've lost appointments because I couldn't find parking & I can't walk up the hill, I tried it once & needed help, took me a long time to recover, also no parking most times close to hospital anyway.
Wonderful, caring staff
I have had all my babies here, caring nurses and they help you adjust to being a new mom, they check on you often. They all work hard and appreciate their efforts on our behalf.
Great staff, otherwise poor facility
This place - other than the wonderful new ICU - is so tired and rundown - and frequently looks dirty. The staff, e.g. nurses, is incredibly caring and professional but there are clear management problems. Parking is horrendous.
