This place has gone downhill :( Now a charge to use the pool facilities, "snacks" have sure diminished, and ladies change rooms is always a mess. 50 min massages are 40 min, as time is counted when you are picked up and consulted with. I guess you get what you pay for as this is one of the more affordable options downtown.

Had the swedish couple massage (75 mins) and it was excellent. I didn't need to tell my masseuse to go stronger because the pressure was on point. After the massage, we were given complimentary wine and snacks. The rooftop pool was nice and relaxing with a beautiful view. Beverly the general manager is probably the rudest person I've ever met. Joanna, the group coordinator, is incompetent at best. I was in utter shock that a spa that claims to adhere to the highest level of service would hire such ill-mannered individuals. Having been to pretty well every nice spa in town I can confidently say that Spa Utopia is a solid choice. I tend to visit this location more frequently in the summer than in the winter because of the amazing outdoor pool and deck that you can access as a guest at the spa.
