This place has gone downhill :( Now a charge to use the pool facilities, "snacks" have sure diminished, and ladies change rooms is always a mess. 50 min massages are 40 min, as time is counted when you are picked up and consulted with. I guess you get what you pay for as this is one of the more affordable options downtown.

Had the swedish couple massage (75 mins) and it was excellent. I didn't need to tell my masseuse to go stronger because the pressure was on point. After the massage, we were given complimentary wine and snacks. The rooftop pool was nice and relaxing with a beautiful view. I was a little nervous booking a spa here because of some really poor reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor. However, I do think it's a good value, considering the services are quite a bit cheaper than comparable spas at hotels downtown, particularly for an RMT massage.
