Old room,non smoking room smelled like smoke

The staff was very good. The room was rather old. The cabinet doors were falling off. Although it was a non smoking room it smelled of stale cigarettes and febreeze. The bed seemed newer and clean but the rest of the furniture was older and stained. Hotel shuttle was very convienent.

Needed a room for the night after flight cancelled due to snow. Easy enough to set up, had a complimentary shuttle, simple room, nothing fancy - a little tired overall - but welcome after a flight cancellation.

Hotel nice, front desk staff not nice

Male staff at front desk not very frendly, helpful, or accomadating upon check in. He seemed to have a problem with women even though i tried very hard to be nice to him and his attitude. My husband even remarked upon it later about the "guy's problem with women?"

Good for the money

It's getting a little older and could use a refresh but can't complain for the cost. Nice to have the separate sitting room and bedroom, feels cozy.

Excellent staff

Not much to do in the area, but close to the airport. Good place to stay if you have a vehicle and can drive 25 minutes to downtown toronto, or if you need to be close to the airport. The room itself was very nice and the staff incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly.

Good hotel close to the airport

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who has an early flight from the Toronto airport and not only. Our suite was huge with a very comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom. There were two large screen TV's as well as a desk and kitchenette. The shuttle service is very good with buses running every 30 mins for 24 hrs.

Close to congress centre which was perfect

Complimentarily breakfast was horrible , hotel staff was not very friendly. Our room was not very clean and smelt like horrible dirty cigarette smoke, we had to go buy candles. We did not get what we all paid for. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone but I did enjoy my stay and made the best of it .

My stay was just a quick overnight while traveling. All the things I was looking for were there: close to the airport, shuttle service to the airport and they accepted cats. It was okay...not the greatest

This hotel needs a major remodel. The hotel room we stayed in was out of date. The cabinet to access the refrigerator was broken and hanging loose. Upon our arrival to check in, the staff was rude and did not make us feel welcome. It was very plain and simple.

There's nothing great about the hotel. It's a OK choice if you can get it for cheap. We waited 50 minutes for the shuttle at the airport and it was full, we had to stand up. Take a cab instead if you don't mind paying 25$ for a 10min ride.

My young family came in late from a long drive and the hotel offered no quick check in process, instead arguments with hotel deposit, we had to leave hotel go to a bank and give cash.

Our flight was delayed getting to Toronto. We arrived and got our bags and called for the shuttle service at 10:30pm to take us to the hotel. They told us the shuttle only ran every 45 mins after 10:30 so we had to waited until 11:15. By the time we checked in and got to our room it was 12, and we had to leave at 5am to get our next flight. Not impressed with the shuttle service.

Pathetic Motel

Well first of all parking should be free for customers. Second breakfast should be included for any kind of room booking. I am very disappointed for this kind of extra charges for both breakfast and parking. Customer service was ok. Never going back to this location again.

Booked this hotel last minute. Got there and our air conditioner wasn't working on a hot day. Called front desk, said they would send someone and an hour of heat later no one came. booked one bedroom suit, Had no cold water in the sink in the living room, internet was slow, blinds/curtain was broken in the bedroom, the suit was soooo hot when we arrived, it took 1.5 hour until it becomes bearable. telephone was not plugged when we arrived and had no battery, could not even call the front desk from our room. also the ice machine was not working on our floor.

After driving for 5 hours and arriving late at night, I expected service to be helpful, understanding and kind; we encountered the exact opposite. The man at the front desk lacked every customer service skill that people in his position should have. Very frustrating while being exhausted after a long drive.

The location is good. Close to downtown, the 401 and the airport. The room itself could have been cleaner. The bathroom still had soap scum in the tub and tiles. We're used to staying in Radisson Blu hotels, which are stellar, but this is nothing more than a budget hotel.

This hotel needs a refresh. The rooms are laid out nicely with lots of space. The rooms are dated and are in need of a big upgrade. I have never experienced slower elevators in my life. Having a couple of good restaurants, a Tim Hortons and a Subway right beside are a big benefit.

The Radisson staff are excellent, they are professional and accommodating. I have stayed at the Radisson for the past four years while on business. The suites are clean and the beds are comfortable. TV's are old and only get a smaller number of channels than what Rogers shows on the guide; rooms are not soundproofed with noise from halls, adjacent rooms, and airplanes quite loud.

It was comfortable and even though it was right by the airport, you did not actually really hear it ...

the fact that they wrote that it was a Sleep Number bed but when we called the front desk they tried to tell us it was not...even though there were numbers RIGHT on the mattress and the tubes attached in the back which was obviously a sleep number bed... Oh well.

The 2 25" Televisions were right from the 1990's. It was like a scavenger hunt when going for ice and sodas. The ice machine on our floor had a sign that said it was broken and to use the one on the 11th floor. When I got to the 11th floor, there was a sign on the soda machine that said to go to either the 3rd or 6th floor.

It was very nice and suited my needs. Staff were pleasant and surroundings comfortable.

The pillows were way too soft. even piled up they sunk down to nothing when you put your head on them thus making it uncomfort when trying to sleep. They need to put couple of firm pillows in the mix. Told them this at desk. TV also dated but ok.

Stayed here as a 'power outage refugee' in the week. The check-in was quick and painless. The suite (king sized bed) was clean and the decor was fine. The TVs were new.

Had to stay at this hotel for a conference. The location is good. Housekeeping staff is very nice and does an average job of cleaning (long hairs in the bathroom from prior guest). I found a very good last minute deal and was amazed to discover a very spacious and comfortable suite.
Check in was a little bit slow and paying for the parking was a little bit odd since the car was not in a secured area.

Hotel staff friendly enough and they try really hard to please. We rented three rooms to attend a weekend conference from Thursday night to Monday morning. This is the greatest hotel, the staff are fantastic, they care about you and try to help out whenever possible.

The rooms are dated but very clean and well kept and the maids are very friendly and go out of their way when you need something.

I will definately return to this hotel and recommend my friends as well.

Excellent hotel for the price

The hotel room (suite) was outstanding! A separate bedroom with a king sized, sleep number bed with separate TV - a living room/kithchenette area with desk. Sofa bed was not very comfortable, but worked well for our two kids as we only had to deal with a 10 hour layover before our next flight. Would highly reccomend!

It is a family vacation to Toronto. The hotel is great, and we got two king suite for the amazing low price! The only thing I don't like the hotel is that on their webpage, it says the parking is free, but they charge 12 dollars for parking. If I would have known, we might book a hotel in downtown. But in general, it is a nice stay.

Completely Comfortable Conference

I had a conference to attend next door at the Toronto Congress Centre. When you are at a conference and on your feet all day, all you want is a hot shower and a comfortable bed! The sleep number bed made my reservation worth it. I could not hear any other guests, or outside noises. It was so relaxing after all the running around and sales talk. My bed was my sanctuary!Thank you!!!!

Great Business Hotel

The Radisson Airport West has a great location, close to the airport. Clean, large rooms in suite style with high speed internet access. The on-site restaurant has a good wine list with several nice restaurant within 50 yards of the hotel. I will stay here again.
