The hall ways were stinking and they charge &14 per night for your vehicle! I would not get there again.
The staff was very good. The room was rather old. The cabinet doors were falling off. Although it was a non smoking room it smelled of stale cigarettes and febreeze. The bed seemed newer and clean but the rest of the furniture was older and stained. Hotel shuttle was very convienent.
Needed a room for the night after flight cancelled due to snow. Easy enough to set up, had a complimentary shuttle, simple room, nothing fancy - a little tired overall - but welcome after a flight cancellation.
Male staff at front desk not very frendly, helpful, or accomadating upon check in. He seemed to have a problem with women even though i tried very hard to be nice to him and his attitude. My husband even remarked upon it later about the "guy's problem with women?"
It's getting a little older and could use a refresh but can't complain for the cost. Nice to have the separate sitting room and bedroom, feels cozy.
Comfortable, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Looking forward to staying here again!
Not much to do in the area, but close to the airport. Good place to stay if you have a vehicle and can drive 25 minutes to downtown toronto, or if you need to be close to the airport. The room itself was very nice and the staff incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who has an early flight from the Toronto airport and not only. Our suite was huge with a very comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom. There were two large screen TV's as well as a desk and kitchenette. The shuttle service is very good with buses running every 30 mins for 24 hrs.
Overall Good !!! Overnight Parking Rates too high to d standards of Hotel. In that vicinity there are so many other Hotel of that standard/level, that Do Not Charge, at all
It is a really nice hotel, it is a bit close to the airport. Once asleep you don't notice it
Very clean hotel , I stay 7 night with my kids and it located on good location
The room was awful!! The carpet was wrinkled and need to be replaced. The chair springs were so high up no on could sit in it. Cabinets broken. No knives etc. Worst room I ever stayed in!!!!! No even a bottle opener!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only have kind words for the staff at this hotel. Friendly, professional and more than accommodating when I advised them of my Expedia V.I.P. status. I will certainly consider this hotel again in future. Many thanks!
Complimentarily breakfast was horrible , hotel staff was not very friendly. Our room was not very clean and smelt like horrible dirty cigarette smoke, we had to go buy candles. We did not get what we all paid for. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone but I did enjoy my stay and made the best of it .
Stayed 5 nights. room also always made up. and cleaned
Checked in late, but no problem, staff gave me a quiet room
Offered a big room, with sofa, two TV's. For the price, quite nice. Don't look too closely though, or you'll see this big-name hotel is just some dirty old building from the '60's with a new coat of paint. Example: the shower with old fixtures (see below).
Great hotel and staff except the airplane noise. Convenient location to shop and get into the express way to go downtown Toronto.
Comfortable and would stay again. Good front desk staff who keep a close eye on the coming and going of folks moving through the hotel. Good value for money.
We had a good experience with the hotel and its staff but the planes are quite noisy
I checked in this hotel ~6:00 pm for 1 night stay and found thunder noise in the room from overhead landing/departuring airplanes. It happend every 5 to 10 minutes. The sound was unbearable to me. Then I went down the front desk to ask for cancellation and was refused. The front desk staff told me that the booking was done via Expedia and I needed to talk to Expedia. Then i called Expedia,... more
Have stayed at this hotel because of proximity to Toronto Congress Centre, little other choice unless you want to be at the mercy of taxi's or rent a car. AN all suite hotel, tired decor, tired furnishings, couldn't find a cheaper cable television service if they tried. Housekeeping staff very nice and accommodating. Front desk staff helpful if pressed but otherwise somewhat disinterested.... more

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and therrom was nice. The bed was super comfortable and was probably my favorite part of the room! They were up all night yelling outside of the hotel and I couldn't understand why the hotel did not... more
This hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle runs on a schedule and it picked up from the airport with very little wait time. It is located near restaurants and also has its own restaurant. the hotel looks to be old. and run down. the carpetting is worn, and the rooms had furniture with scuff marks on it... it's more like a 2 star hotel... i expected more from the radisson chain... but alas. was disappointed .
Fantastic customer service and accessibility, all staff were very professional and friendly. We'll be coming back for sure!
My stay was just a quick overnight while traveling. All the things I was looking for were there: close to the airport, shuttle service to the airport and they accepted cats. Not all hotels that say they accept pets will actually allow cats to stay - weird! My suite was very comfortable and was in great condition. Although close to the airport and its noise, I slept like a baby on my comfy king... more
Staff was ok but rooms were not clean. The fire alarm went off all night for no known reason and we were not given a discount for our horrible nights sleep.
I would stay here again. Excellent value for money.
Staff friendly and always willing to help out. Staff are quick to help out. Hotel is clean and facilities were to a reasonable standard. Ideal hotel for a business trip. Not ideal location if you want to visit tourist attractions as it is far away and taxis are expensive to get around.
This hotel needs a major remodel. The hotel room we stayed in was out of date. The cabinet to access the refrigerator was broken and hanging loose. Upon our arrival to check in, the staff was rude and did not make us feel welcome. It was very plain and simple.
There's nothing great about the hotel. It's a OK choice if you can get it for cheap. We waited 50 minutes for the shuttle at the airport and it was full, we had to stand up. Take a cab instead if you don't mind paying 25$ for a 10min ride.
My young family came in late from a long drive and the hotel offered no quick check in process, instead arguments with hotel deposit, we had to leave hotel go to a bank and give cash.
The staff is terrific! Really great. The hotel is a little tired and not what I expected from a Radisson for the price.
The only complaint I have is that when waiting to check in, there was one service rep who was on the phone and once she got off the phone, someone who came in after me to ask a question, was given preferential treatment as she told him "oh he can wait, he's just checking in". I was very angry at her disregard for my position but decided not to let it ruin my wife's and my evening and... more
Our flight was delayed getting to Toronto. We arrived and got our bags and called for the shuttle service at 10:30pm to take us to the hotel. They told us the shuttle only ran every 45 mins after 10:30 so we had to waited until 11:15. By the time we checked in and got to our room it was 12, and we had to leave at 5am to get our next flight. Not impressed with the shuttle service.
Well first of all parking should be free for customers. Second breakfast should be included for any kind of room booking. I am very disappointed for this kind of extra charges for both breakfast and parking. Customer service was ok. Never going back to this location again.
Booked this hotel last minute. Got there and our air conditioner wasn't working on a hot day. Called front desk, said they would send someone and an hour of heat later no one came. Called again and finally someone was sent. Fixed it and it worked for awhile but we were unable to adjust how cold. So the settings where either walk in fridge vs hot. Washrooms were clean enough but the shower heads... more
booked one bedroom suit, Had no cold water in the sink in the living room, internet was slow, blinds/curtain was broken in the bedroom, the suit was soooo hot when we arrived, it took 1.5 hour until it becomes bearable. telephone was not plugged when we arrived and had no battery, could not even call the front desk from our room. also the ice machine was not working on our floor.
After driving for 5 hours and arriving late at night, I expected service to be helpful, understanding and kind; we encountered the exact opposite. The man at the front desk lacked every customer service skill that people in his position should have. Very frustrating while being exhausted after a long drive.
The only nice thing about this hotel was the lobby. The front desk lady was rude and uptight. The carpet in the room was bubbled and we tripped several times. It's noisy and the rooms are very outdated. I would not stay here again.
close to the airport and great for an overnight stay before flying on
A little dates but great service and good size suite for good price.
The location is good. Close to downtown, the 401 and the airport. The room itself could have been cleaner. The bathroom still had soap scum in the tub and tiles. There was hair in the corners and we found toe nail clippings in the "living room". The beds where the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in in a hotel.
The hotel needs a renovation. My room was in horrible shape. There were stains on the carpet, the furniture was worn on the corners, the towel rack looked like it was about to fall off the wall.
Biggest problem I reserved a non smoking room and when I arrived all that was available was a smoking room. The agent was...

Airport hotels are high volume properties. I have been staying here for over 10 years and it is impressive they have been able to keep the hotel up. For an airport hotel in the Toronto area, this one isn't bad. Just double check your room prior to accepting it. We chose this hotel to stay overnight before our flight and park the car here for a week. The room offered more than we expected, everything is spotless and the staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to come to Toronto before the night before their flight.
If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to the conference center, you can't get any closer than this. The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We're used to staying in Radisson Blu hotels, which are stellar, but this is nothing more than a budget hotel.

This hotel can certainly use a major renovation. But, the staff was excellent. They provided excellent service. The room was average, the mattress is worn. But, the location was excellent for the airport and local business area. The rate was reasonable as well.
Good hotel for airport stop over. Long term parking is available during your absence. Shuttle service doesn't come as often as it should, so we just paid and got a taxi back to the hotel. This hotel needs a refresh. The rooms are laid out nicely with lots of space. The rooms are dated and are in need of a big upgrade. I have never experienced slower elevators in my life. Having a couple of good restaurants, a Tim Hortons and a Subway right beside are a big benefit.
Unfortunately, most people submit a review when they are not satisfied with something. We have stayed at this hotel many times, but have never reviewed it. My apologies. The reason we always choose this hotel is that it never fails us. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, wonderful beds, and well appointed. If there ever are any issues, they are... more

Stayed here for only one night. Checked in late (almost midnight) as Air Canada got us in late and put us up here for the night. Check in was pretty quick. Got chits from AC for supper and breakfast. Selfishly, I use tripadvisor often but haven't posted a review until now. I decided to post, in large part because I couldn't disagree more with a poster from a few days earlier, who said that the woman at the front desk ruined their stay.

There were several issues I would like to point out. I was a little surprised that our check-in took so long. Nice layout of room with separate sitting area and desk. Comfortable bed and linens. Excellent access to airport with 24 hr shuttle service.
Quiet room (except for airplanes overhead).
Air freshener spray used in rooms and hallways too strong since you cannot open windows.
The Wi-Fi and the assistance I received from the front desk. I was placed in in room 1112 and the furnace did not work. The maintenance personnel were quite quick to respond and make arrangements for me to move to another room.
I was in room 1002 and I found the toilet very low to sit on.
Very good location to the airport and very spacious rooms! Great deals. Would stay there again.

Excellent and friendly staff; allowed early check-in and helpful. Room was spacious and the hotel was a great value for the money I paid.
TV's are old and only get a smaller number of channels than what Rogers shows on the guide; rooms are not soundproofed with noise from halls, adjacent rooms, and airplanes quite loud.
Very spacious and clean throughout. Like the separation in washroom area - convenient for getting more than one person out the door in a hurry in the morning.
Paying for parking.
It was comfortable and even though it was right by the airport, you did not actually really hear it ...
the fact that they wrote that it was a Sleep Number bed but when we called the front desk they tried to tell us it was not...even though there were numbers RIGHT on the mattress and the tubes attached in the back which was obviously a sleep number bed... Oh well.
We liked the size of the room and the fact that it had 2 rooms.
The 2 25" Televisions were right from the 1990's.
It was like a scavenger hunt when going for ice and sodas. The ice machine on our floor had a sign that said it was broken and to use the one on the 11th floor. When I got to the 11th floor, there was a sign on the soda machine that said to go to either the 3rd or 6th floor.
It was very nice and suited my needs. Staff were pleasant and surroundings comfortable.
The pillows were way too soft. even piled up they sunk down to nothing when you put your head on them thus making it uncomfort when trying to sleep. They need to put couple of firm pillows in the mix. Told them this at desk. TV also dated but ok.
Had room on executive floor, good size, clean, good facilities. Various places to eat nearby, ok to walk to even at night.
Breakfast was not impressive. Parking fee adds significantly to room cost.
The hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly, helpful and helped us find our way around the city.
This hotel is located near the airport and is close to shopping and restaurants.
The air conditioning unit is located in the sitting room but the vent to the bedroom blows right in your face or the back of your neck while sleeping.
The room and the city views, price, proximity to city.
Not that it in way took away from the stay but it would have been nice

The suite was quite luxurious. The food in the Fox Bistro, superb. The complimentary shuttle to airport was very convenient. Also a couple of bars and shops just outside the hotel meant that you could get out a bit.

Shuttle service from the airport is every 30 minutes.Takes about 10-15 minutes to reach hotel.

This is the greatest hotel, the staff are fantastic, they care about you and try to help out whenever possible.
The rooms are dated but very clean and well kept and the maids are very friendly and go out of their way when you need something.
I will definately return to this hotel and recommend my friends as well.
The staff are extreamly rude ghetto people.. I dont understand how the manager of this place hired all the staff am assuming he is married to a jamacian. But its absoultly unprofessional.
About 6 months ago new ownership was taken over at that hotel and they have been robbing customers every shot they have. I have purchased a room for four days and my grandmother got sick i had to cancel two...

If you like airplanes...this is your hotel! You will hear every jet engine on final or take off..Wow! Do not stay hear if you need silence!
Room was comfortable.
Close To YYZ
Walking distance to Convention hall ( Which is why I am here).
I agree with previous reviewer. You hear EVERY plane that takes off/lands. The restaurant is poor and overpriced at best and my promised King size sleep number bed was broken and deflated on one side so I got to pay full price for 1/2 a bed.
The issue was reported twice, and maintenance came both times but the problem persisted and I was left in the same room for a 3 night stay claiming "all...

Fortunately I got a good deal online. The hotel shows some age but they keep it well maintained. The wireless internet was great. I had a sleep number bed and that was a big plus. The layout is a little disjointed but functional. Lots of places to eat and airport shuttle was friendly and timely. 10- 15 minutes from airport. The Bistro in the hotel had pretty good food. Limited menu and I think... more
Nice room, comfy king size bed, good selection of fast food places nearby.
I've stayed here three times and as a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many hotels with ranging price, quality and service. I think this hotel is the "best bang for the buck" near the Toronto airport and here's why. It's modern, clean, large rooms (suite) for $100-$120/night. Located 2 min walking distance from Milestone's, Kelsey's, Harvey's and 2 Tim Horton's. Internet is free (and it works)... more
I would like to share my experience with the web users. I found the hotel lobby to be extremely cold... The internet was slow... The TV didn't work in the living room... The bed had a recliner and it didn't work... I called the lobby but I had hard time understading the concierge who had a strong East Indian accent so I told him to never mind... I was approached by a desperate woman in the... more
It was wonderful, except I order a room with one king bed, pasturpedic, and I recieves, two full bed with no comforts. I could not understand also why I had to pay for parking at that location and In the past I never had to pay when I had stay at the other Radission on Hallpoint road.SincerelyTony S.
Pros: Within walking distance of at least 7-10 restaruants at a variety of price levels. Very close to the airport, not too far from downtown. Great maid staff who are generous with towels and toiletries. Spacious room, with fridge. Small but decent fitness room. Fast wireless internet for free. Hotel seems very nice for the price.Cons: Internet was out for parts of 1 day. Very close to... more
business office was 1 slow computer in the lobby. restaurant was good.
“Will advise it to friends and family and return on future trips.”
“This hotel is barely a motel. The promised free shuttle which is supposed to run twice hourly never showed up. After 70 minutes, I had to take a taxi, which cost $21 to go 2 miles. When I checked in I asked to verify a non-smoking room and was told only smoking rooms were available. The room reeked of smoke and was filthy. The carpet has stains on it. When I asked to speak to the manager to... more
“Radisson Toronto Airport hotel was a great experience. I love the way their rooms are all suites. The separate bedroom and living room (each with their own doors) is a great use of space and is good for either business travelers looking for a spacious room. Or even couples looking to get a nice suite at a very good price.”
“Convenient and functional hotel located near the airport with shuttle service available. The hotel suites provide a practical work area. The hotel decor is tired and service at the reception is not to standard.”
“Great hotel, for a great price. Comfortable night sleep.”
“The place is very very nice. To think this place has the same star rating as some other dumps I've stayed in bewilders me. This place is very nice. Didn't see any carts in the lobby to carry luggage to room. Didn't ask though, so it might be my own fault.”
“Friendly staff, clean spacious room, hotel in convenient location - takes a while to learn using Internet. More disturbing is the rattling air conditioner, window too thin to contain noise from car park and air planes.”
“The room was great. Nice king size bed. Linens were nice and clean. Bathrooms clean. Can hear the airplanes above but given the location it is understandable. Would stay there again.”
“Not a great experience. Would not recommend to anyone.”
“The Airport Radisson was a disappointment. The hotel is not a top business hotel. The room was dark, TV controls not completely working, HVAC was extremely noisy, gym was a token gesture.”
Room was nice. A franchised hotel but suitable. There are restaurants within walking distance including Tim Hortons.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful but the room needed a remodel badly. The room was well worn and outdated.
“I would definitely return to this hotel. Fantastic value. Exceeded my expectations.”
“Very clean, comfortable and well worth the money we spent. the staff was very friendly and check in/out was efficient and quick.”
“The hotel was nice, clean and a block away from my conference. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I have three children, and I would use Price.line.com all of the time but you do not know if the room has a pull out couch or not. This one did but I know that it is not always a guarantee.”
“Clean and close to airport . Met my expectations.”
We stayed at a deluxe suite. they have one TV each for living and bed room. bedroom tv location is a bit weird but you can move the table.initially they said that there is a charge of 15 bucks per day for microwave. when i requested it they brought it and said as you are staying with us for 3 days, we are waiving that fee. wow!!best thing i liked about this suite is the sleeping number... more
The hotel room (suite) was outstanding! A separate bedroom with a king sized, sleep number bed with separate TV - a living room/kithchenette area with desk. Sofa bed was not very comfortable, but worked well for our two kids as we only had to deal with a 10 hour layover before our next flight. Would highly reccomend!
I expected a pool at the hotel. And the Gym is way too small.
“The hotel was close to the airport with a free shuttle which was all we really needed. The stay was really great. There was also free internet and fitness center which was great. The sleep number beds were a nice touch as well.”
Lovely suite; extremely quiet and well appointed. Convenient location near the airport and highways. 30 Minutes from downtown. All hotels in the area seem to charge for parking. Lots of restaurants in the area, but no hotel gift shop or stores nearby.
Since most of our stay was around the airport this location is fine.
It is a family vacation to Toronto. The hotel is great, and we got two king suite for the amazing low price! The only thing I don't like the hotel is that on their webpage, it says the parking is free, but they charge 12 dollars for parking. If I would have known, we might book a hotel in downtown. But in general, it is a nice stay.
I had a conference to attend next door at the Toronto Congress Centre. When you are at a conference and on your feet all day, all you want is a hot shower and a comfortable bed! The sleep number bed made my reservation worth it. I could not hear any other guests, or outside noises. It was so relaxing after all the running around and sales talk. My bed was my sanctuary!Thank you!!!!
Select Bed left me with a bad back.Sink had no hot waterAlarm Radio- could not set wake up - hour button didn't work. was replaced upon request.Hotel needs a face liftAircraft overfilght every 3 minutes during peak.Hotel is right under landing path. - 2 miles from runway.I was not impressed.Staff was great. Hotel needs work
“Disappointing stay. After traveling 8 hours from VT I was set up in a smoking room which made it difficult to sleep the day before a lecture. The front desk staff was very average and not helpful at all with any solutions.”
The Radisson Airport West has a great location, close to the airport. Clean, large rooms in suite style with high speed internet access. The on-site restaurant has a good wine list with several nice restaurant within 50 yards of the hotel. I will stay here again.
“Conveniently located near the Toronto Pearson International Airport, the Radisson Suites Hotel was spacious and comfortable. Radisson's soaps and shampoos are also my favorites when traveling.”
“Hotel was very clean and located close enough to the airport and to many places to eat. Rooms were clean and had sleep number beds. Suites were very spacious and very comfortable.”
“This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is close to the 401 and many good restaurants!”
“Rooms were clean, close to airport, all suite hotel, and family friendly. I would recommend this hotel.”
“Good location, near airport. No pool and had to pay for parking. Air conditioner did not blow into bedrooms, which made it quite warm. Suites are nicely kept and hotel was quiet.”
“This is a good hotel. Parking should be free for all the spaces they have.”
“While this hotel may be great for the business traveler who needs to stay close to the Pearson airport I would not recommend it for romantic or single travelers. Unless you are planning on making the drive to Toronto their is a general lack of entertainment in the immediate area. The sleep number beds were rather uncomfortable.”
“Radisson Suites Airport Hotel is conveniently located near Pearson International Airport. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is cheerful and friendly, and most willing to offer assistance when needed. The gym facilities do not have much to offer, nor is there a pool in this hotel. Despite the proximity of the airport, there is not too much noise in the rooms... more
“Front desk very cordial, however when my husband and I left the room for a time in the morning he came back to find staff in our room taking our things, throwing our fruit and snacks away (except for the ones we retrieved from her cart!), she had taken our travel mugs, etc. No, we had not checked out - it was 10 am and check out was 12 noon and the maid threw about 20.00 worth of food and... more
“The service was bad in this hotel compared to other hotels that I've been staying at lately. There was no pool, no spa, and the beds were supremely uncomfortable. They have air mattresses for you to sleep on. I couldn't sleep the first night because they gave us 2 double beds instead of 1 queen or king bed. There was a loud humming the whole night. I'll never go to another Radisson hotel again.”
“A good hotel for business traveler who does not want thrill.”
“We loved this hotel. Good location to airport and some nice restaurants and a convenience store right outside. We felt save in this location to walk about. On a scale of one to ten we definitely give it a ten!”
“The room is fabulous for a business traveler or couple. Comfortable hotel all around, very clean and friendly.”
Great Accomodations. Was disappointed there was no pool.
“Nothing special to say it was just o.k. I was hopping for more from Radisson.”
“I give this hotel a 6. The staff tries to be helpful, but they miss the mark for the following reasons. 1. They are not very organized. There was a leak and for 4 days no one knows how to coordinate or respond to the situation. 2. The maid service came to clean my room, walked w/o locking the door. I came back and must have at around for 30 min before the maid returned. Luckily nothing from my... more
“Was in an executive beautiful room - but it was smoking and kind of disappointing. Shuttle wasn't free. Very classy room and hotel.”
“It was a great place to stay however they should have an alternative other than going to the lobby and plug your laptop where there is a lot of traffic; you need to concentrate to write and provide good quotes another option (better) for customers that did not have wireless option.”
“Very nice people but I was expecting at least a breakfast with the room some with other hotels.”
“It was a very nice place to stay. The restaurant could use a little more variety for lunch and/or dinner but their breakfast buffet was wonderful. Too bad also the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool and/or sauna or hot tub.”
“This hotel is beautiful, good location, clean and with very helpful staff.”
“Location not convenient for me, so would never book there on purpose. Parking $8 extra, a significant factor in December siding. Being in a smoking room was an unpleasant experience. There were two TVs in the suite, but really cheap 19" sets with not very many cable channels available.”
“The staff was very helpful giving us places we can go visit, she helps us save money in travel expenses. My friend and I had a fun trip with her friendly and wiliness to see if we had a good time in Toronto.”
“My air conditioner was broken and they had to fix it twice. But they did a great job taking care of it quickly and they were friendly about it. And when I didn't need a room clean up they called to see if I needed any supplies. It was a great place in a great location!”
“Everyone at this facility was friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was well above expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport.”
“The layout & space was wonderful along with the location. A fire alarm after we went to bed was a bit disturbing but at least everything worked. I would suggest that the staff announce the procedure to leave the building rather than tell the guests to read the back of the door. We knew the correct thing to do but not everyone can stay calm in that situation to read instructions. We would stay... more
“Nice hotel, close to Tim Horton's (yahoo). close to bars and restaurants, conveniently located off the 401, nice suites.”
“Great location by the airport. Rooms are nicely laid out. Fair size room. Restaurant is very small. Breakfast buffet was very ordinary.”
“Appears to be aimed at the business traveler. Room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful. Hotel is conveniently located close to airport, restaurants and coffee shop within short walking distance.”
“I only stayed for one night, arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning and would have been happy to stay longer. My room was beside the elevator but I didn't hear it once. The bed was awesome.”
“Short and simple: clean, attractive, comfortable.”
“Please let prospective customer know in advance at least, the amenities offered by the establishments. No pool. And we could not change our offer. It is not hotel's fault it is your fault.”
“Great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are a bit old, but they are suites so lot's of room and space. I had asked for a room with a view of the airport ahead of the time which they didn't do so that was a negative. They need a pool. Thanks.”
