I recently stayed and was amazed by the room amenity and layout. When walking into the room the pictures didn't do it justice as the space and hardwood flooring blew me away. The check-in process was simple and quick and I was in for a good nights sleep without delay. Will return!

This hotel was classified as a 4-star and it should be a 3 at most. I booked it through Hotwire and I always choose 4 stars and stayed in nice hotels in New York, Boston, San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver. I've never filed a negative review.

We stayed in a condo with a great view on the 41st floor. Great downtown location, close to everything. Very comfort apartment, with wonderful and helpful owners. My family and I had a great time. If we are in the area again, will stay there.

Great location...unfortunately the room smelled of smoke with cigarette burns on the edge of the sink and a crack by the drain. The bathroom floor, along the edges was not clean and there was soap scum in the tub.The room was very well equipped, just really run down. The staff were excellent.

we enjoyed our stay here room and hotel are decorated excellently. Loved the modern look. We had of trouble finding the hotel tho and the location beside the hospital wasn't the greatest either, also found it a little pricey for what you got. Hotel is conveniently located to the downtown core. Would have rated the room higher but it looked tired and worn.

First time visitor

I was very much impressed with the hotel. I have a large room or should I say rooms. It had everything including a chothes washer and dryer. Only thing missisng was someone to do my laundry:-). I didn't make use of the restaurant or bar but the rest of the facilits were top notch. I'll be back

Nice but no outdoor space

The hotel overall was nice. Room- simple. Overpriced movies on pay per view...over priced menu for room service and drinks in room. They have no outdoor space for smoking. Just in front of building on street w no place to sit or disguard cigarettes. Simple place not worth the money.

Maybe the worst stay ever. Room was dark, sheets not properly tucked in, bathroom sink did not drain, and paint lifting from bed side tables. A binder of CDs disappeared from back seat of car. Parking 40 dollars/day. Never again.

Excellent value great location

i had an excellent 6 night stay at this centrally located Toronto hotel. Staff were helpful, I used the gym and spa services, had handy access to the subway and streetcar system, shops, restaurants and everything I needed right on the doorstep. Very convenient. Would stay again.

I have enjoyed this hotel in the past, but this trip put me off. Cold shower, loud construction all around. Furnishings are starting to show their age (hotel was built 10 years ago). Still nice, but starting not to feel worth the price.

Rooms were fairly nice but the booking process was archaic. My credit card got stuck inside their ancient imprinter and it took two people 30 minutes to pry it loose. For the same price point go to One King West and book their superior suite.

Close enough to walk to several attractions

Nice hotel. The biggest drawback is the noise in the area. The hotel is very close to a hospital so you hear a lot of ambulance activity. Construction is taking place close by also. The Massey Hall is directly across the street so we heard a lot of activity after the show let out.

Clean but chilly!

The room was very clean! Loved that there were laminate gloors instead of carpet! Unfortunately they were having water problems and we had no hot water. We were a little disappointed that there was no compensation for having to take a freezing cold shower in the morning.

What can I say other than it was an awful experience right from the sart. The room we received wasn't what I booked and the cleanliness was very poor the dirty tiles and rusty fixtures in washroom dirty dishes in our dishwasher, a broken door, furniture was beat up lamps didn't work and even after we waited 2hours and got a "upgraded"room it still wasn't what I paid for. Will never return.

Location is amazing, so close to the mall. The only down side was that the room was facing the hospital? The heli-ambulance came in 4 times during our 3 day stay. And the washing machine was LOUD! I felt very bad for my neighbors. Next time we'll be sure to do the laundry during the afternoon instead. The full size fridge, stove and microwave came in so handy!

Close to concert

We picked the hotel since it was close to the concert we were going too. Very close to downtown events. The only negative I would have to say is the parking was very expensive. We also didn't like having to call room service to get ice.

We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The location was awesome and close to everything. Only one minor downside...the check out time was at 11am. The other hotels I've stayed in the same area, the check out was at 1pm.

Nice hotel close to the eaton centre

Overall good experience and could not beat the price. Only issue is that the walls are very thin, so we could hear the next door shower, run water, talk, everything but other than that not a bad experience.

Had a great time!

Only there for one night, but everything was great. If you're going out for the night life, especially night clubs, this is slightly out of the way... this is a much better location to be near Yonge Street shopping and some of the bars. YOU DO NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING, they had $35 Valet, but the garage across the street only cost $16 for a night. Great hotel, wish we had been there longer!

Service and Location

All the staff was excellent, they helped my wife and myself a lot, with restaurant reservations, to find locations, to keep safe our luggage while we travelled to other cities. The location at downtown was great, with most of the attractions near the hotel.

My wife were in Toronto for a trip and wanted a night on our own. The Pantone was a nice boutique hotel, right across from Massey Hall. While our first room had cigarrette smoke (it was a surprise upgrade) the staff switched us without an issue. Otherwise the stay was perfect. I definitely plan on staying here again.

The Pantages staff was very accommodating and went the extra mile to assist my girlfriend and me. Since I booked through Orbitz the hotel would not give me a receipt. Try getting reimbursed without that, they treated Orbitz customers as second class. The hotel is fine.

The people at the front desk were nice and helpful and the room was nice. This hotel is very upscale but more affordable than comparable hotels in the area (like the Sheraton). My deluxe sweet was very spacious, however I would have appreciated more lighting as I typically had to turn on every lamp in the room, but this is a very minor issue. This hotel was located around the corner from Yonge Street, in one of the busiest areas of Toronto. This was great since you're in walking distance of the largest shopping mall in Toronto, the Eaton Centre Mall, without all of the noise and clamor on Yonge street. Problems were as follows: 1. Upon arrival on a Friday night, our reservation had been canceled because it had been made for Thursday and Friday and not Friday and Saturday.
