We visited this hotel last weekend. It was advised as a four-star hotel but when we go there, it was more like a dorm-style studio with a kitchenette. The room is out-dated and the bathroom didn't look very clean. When we were ready to go to bed, we realized the bed sheets were not changed. They were stained with hair all over. When we complained to the front desk, we were told it had... more
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. WIFI not included like the packages say, you pay $6 a night for the wifi. Washer and dryer hookup in rooms do no work, coffee pot does not work, ill-equipped dishes in the suite. Spa does not work. Jessica at the front desk was very rude while we were checking in, and was not cooperative. Parking is an absolute pain, as the hotel does not offer it, and... more
Stayed here for four nights, booked through hotels tonight mobile app. Great, great location in the heart of downtown close to everything. Dundas square, chinatown, museums, rogers arena and the CN Tower are all within a few blocks walk or short subway ride. Housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient providing extra requests. The rooms are nice like a condo with a kitchen and washer and... more
Oh my gosh!!!! It is 9am and without warning and anything they started the construction in the floor above us! This is ridiculous, I called to the receptionist and they say by law they can start working Since 9am to some more hours, this is the worst experience ever!!!!!! Tooooooo noisy, and if you come to this hotel don't take the floor 11 this is terrible. They should avoid to give this room... more
Stay here if you want to be annoyed by constant drilling as you sleep and fire alarms. No, it's not construction coming from the street, it's from inside the building! This is no way to run a hotel.Check out time is 11 but they start doing construction at 9. What kind of idiots allow this to happen?
Awful construction noises, possibly coming from the suite above. They should not be putting customers up in rooms with these noise problems. Never had an experience like this in a hotel and never going back. Why they would be doing this when hotel guests are trying to sleep is beyond me.
Please do not stay here :( The only good thing about the entire building is the nice bartender. The staff at this hotel and the adjoining condo (including the security guards) are awful. The reception service downstairs was one of the worst I've experienced before. She was absolutely rude, condescending, and I was surprised to experience this at such an upscale location downtown. We won't be... more
VERY LOUD drilling noises early in the morning. If you want a good night of rest this is NOT the place.Sounded like they were doing construction in the room next door.
I booked this hotel for the weekend as it was my birthday weekend. I couldn't have some friends from the vip nightclub to come to my room. We had a little bit of music playing in my room before we left to the night club at 10pm. The security guy kept knocking at my door to turn the down the music even though it was only 7pm to 10pm evening. So I turned the music down a lot. The Pantages... more
I am APPALLED at the treatment I and a friend of mine were given by the SECURITY GUARD. Now I now it was nuit blanche, however my friend and I were nothing but coherent and polite. We entered the hotel lobby, wanting to ask if we could enter the restaurant Stages. The security guard, who clearly didn't understand English probably, just kept saying "leave! This is a hotel. The restaurant is... more
This hotel was perfect for us. We stayed for 4 nights and got a great deal because we booked through a third party site. The location was convenient and middle ground to everything, all Uber rides were less than 10 bucks. I loved that these were like little studios with a kitchenette and in-room laundry. We had been traveling for a while so by the time we got to Toronto we needed to do some... more
Be warned: this place has bedbugs and the staff is trained to deny accountability. Not only was the room dingy, dusty and outdated; there were broken fixtures, torn lampshade(?!) and it was just overall sketchy and had an unclean feel to it. As soon as we turned light off, a BEDBUG crawled out of pillow encasement under my husband's head! Thank God he was watching movie on his phone and the... more
The absolutely unequivocally WORST service I have received at a hotel in my entire life.
My work colleague made a reservation through a 3rd party online reservation service. I ended having to take her place due to illness.
The staff at check-in REFUSED to let me use the room in her place. I offered to FaceTime with he le so she could give her permission. We offered to have her sign a waiver...

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and was very disappointed by the appearance of the suites. I reserved one of the more expensive suites. The walls in the bathroom had smudges and the sink looked cracked. I complained and they had to show me two more rooms before I found one that was in a good enough condition. I would have left but I had an event and it was too late to find another place.... more
First time here and I really enjoyed my time. The bartender in the lobby (I really wish I remembered his name. He was working Feb. 17 around 5:30pm) was awesome--great in making conversation and overall super friendly. I had the Island Girl drink (two of them actually) and it was so delicious.
As for my room, it was modernly decorated and clean. It had a fridge, washer and dryer, water (for a...

Tired, run down and strange. I stayed here when my flight was cancelled. Room was 150 bucks and wasn't worth it at all. Rooms are bizarre with a kitchen wall and ugly built in furniture. Everything was dated and damaged including the lampshades being cracked and the shower head being broken. When I arrived they had lost my reservation and kept telling me I must be in the wrong place. My opinion here.....Over $200+ to sleep on a....wait for it...Murphy bed. Never have seen that before. Mould in shower, closet door off hinges, bathroom faucet sideways and loose, misrepresented confirmation, no breakfast included - had a few breakfast selections on bar for $18- not impressed. Gouge price because of location. Won't stay again.
The Pantages Hotel is small and boutique. I found it okay if you're just staying overnight for a few days or so.
Room: 2.5/5 - Spacious, but a bit older and dirty
I liked how the room was fairly large, we had a kitchen sink, fridge, bar table, little couches, washing machine/dryer, a vanity table, TV and the works.
Unfortunately, when we looked closer, the flooring and washroom tiles were worn...

Terrible.
Was expecting a Park Hyatt experience given the description, should've come to yelp first. "Four star hotel"??? This level of deception should be illegal. Was looking forward to a luxurious bath and indulgent food. Hotel room looks like someone's home. Old furniture, small tv, light in bedroom doesn't work. This might be ok for an extended stay hotel. Room service, don't get me...

Very weak. Spent over $300 on a room that was totally misrepresented in online photos. Nothing luxurious about the rooms or the building: dingy elevators, dark hallways, low ceilings. There's no valet or parking. Totally overpriced. Find another hotel downtown.
I honestly have nothing to say about this hotel. The bathroom was filthy with mildew. And if you look at my bags when I picked up my bag there was dirt all over it from the floor. There was also the front desk staff that was rude and entitled. Would not go back.
Do not stay here. Smells terrible. Old and weird. Feels like you're in someone else's tiny old apartment. Old bathroom design/shower not clean. I don't recommend to anyone!!
The worst customer service ever. Arrived 15min prior to our check in time on a Sunday and they said they don't have any rooms available for us to check in unlike other hotels that I have checked in 3hrs prior to my check in time. They look like automated machines who repeat the same dialogue all day long.
Solidly good, but not exceptional. The best thing about Pantages is it's location. It's central to subways, a variety of restaurants, a mall, drugstores, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet despite a hospital being located across the street. The hotel goes for hip, chic and boutique but just misses the mark. Our room had some great loft like amenities that included 2 mirrored costs, a washing... more
Stayed here for our wedding night, along with some of our guests (reserved a wedding block). Staff didn't know what the amenities in the suite were - asked for a safe, was told there wasn't one, got to the room and a huge one in the closet. Inconsistent customer service when guests trying to book - some employees could find our block of reserved rooms, others couldn't for some reason.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights last month. I have to say that having worked at a hotel for four years, maybe I hold them to a higher standard, but I truly think this experience would have probably disappointed anyone.

Samuel at the front desk was the highlight of our entire vacation!!! His warm hospitality and accommodating service made our entire trip spectacular!!! We will 100% be coming back to Toronto and will be looking forward to staying at Pantages!!!!
The staff are great. The room is well appointed and if there is a need for something, you are accommodated quickly.
The gym is a real disappointment for a downtown Toronto hotel which is why only 3 stars.
I really really like this little hotel tucked next to the Eaton Centre and right across the street from Pantages Theatre. I think I caught Chaka Khan in the lobby at one point but I wasn't sure and front desk was pretty discreet. My impression is that a lot of entertainers stay in this hotel due to the proximity to several theatres and concert halls nearby. Lobby is a bit dark but the design... more

My boyfriend booked this hotel mostly because of the convenient location (right across from Eaton Centre) and their spa amenities. Hence, we went in being pretty excited to check out the sauna in the Rainforest Relaxation Room to relax and recharge a bit after dinner.

What can I say about this hotel.
We started off ok, the front staff was great and lobby inviting. We checked in with friends and made our way to our rooms. When we walked in things went south fast. We booked a deluxe king room and when we walked in there were two double beds. We called down and they stated that we were upgraded as they had booking issues. Updated is a very loose term at this...

The service was great and being right next to the Eaton Centre was even greater because for lunch you had sooo many options to choose... more
I recently attended a conference at this hotel and had phenomenal service throughout my stay. They recommended places to visit and places to eat nearby, providing great directions. Was at this hotel today with my very disabled mother. We had an issue and the manager treated us like pariah. Strongly recommend staying away. Can't image how they treat their guests when there is... more
Have stayed here quite a bit. It is nice to have Kitchenette style rooms. The problem is, when you have a stove to cook at you need Kitchen utensils. We prefer to stay in condo-style hotels and got an excellent government rate at the end of May. I found the reviews on TripAdvisor to be more helpful than those on Yelp. I hate to give a bad review but I have to keep this honest. I need to start by saying the staff are great. Front desk and manager did all they could. TERRIBLE ROOMS! This hotel has the potential to be so much better than the experience I had. Its location is prime - sitting in the heart of downtown Toronto. It's right next to the Eaton Centre and is in the vicinity of restaurants that range from diner-status (Fran's) to fancy schmancy (Canoe).

I don't understand how the stars are given to the hotels but I'm sure that the Pantageas hotel does not deserve 2 stars or even worst the 4 stars they are supposed to have as advertised. I had a reservation for three nights, I LEFT an hour after checking in. The pillow cases were clearly dirty, the guests...

I purchased a weekend get away for my family and I for the dates of August 1-4th 2014 at the Pantages hotel. The hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel and it definitely does not live up to the expectations. Upon arriving at the hotel there was large groups of questionable individuals loitering in the front of the hotel and coming in and out of the hotel appearing to be engaged in activities... more
we enjoyed our stay here room and hotel are decorated excellently. Loved the modern look. We had of trouble finding the hotel tho and the location beside the hospital wasn't the greatest either, also found it a little pricey for what you got. Otherwise the hotel was great and I would defiantly come back again.
Overall good, but furniture very dated and marked up. Poor showing for the value.
Hotel is conveniently located to the downtown core. Would have rated the room higher but it looked tired and worn.
I was very much impressed with the hotel. I have a large room or should I say rooms. It had everything including a chothes washer and dryer. Only thing missisng was someone to do my laundry:-). I didn't make use of the restaurant or bar but the rest of the facilits were top notch. I'll be back
Large spacious rooms Very comfortable bed Contemporary décore Complete Kitchenette
Extremely friendly staff, the suite was very clean, easy check in, the view of the hotel was superb... I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying at the pantages my next trip in toronto!!!
The hotel overall was nice. Room- simple. Overpriced movies on pay per view...over priced menu for room service and drinks in room. They have no outdoor space for smoking. Just in front of building on street w no place to sit or disguard cigarettes. Simple place not worth the money.
quiet clean roomsgood serviceonly thing missing is toothpaste i meannot big deal but i have to go out to a few blocks to buy it
Maybe the worst stay ever. Room was dark, sheets not properly tucked in, bathroom sink did not drain, and paint lifting from bed side tables. A binder of CDs disappeared from back seat of car. Parking 40 dollars/day. Never again.
Staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and professional. Rooms were modern and they treated my dog like a guest also. Very close to Eaton Centre and across from Massey Hall. A lovely place!
i had an excellent 6 night stay at this centrally located Toronto hotel. Staff were helpful, I used the gym and spa services, had handy access to the subway and streetcar system, shops, restaurants and everything I needed right on the doorstep. Very convenient. Would stay again.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pantages Hotel May 9th and 10th and had an amazing stay. It has an amazing location, rooms where so clean and spacious and the staff was so accommodating. My boyfriend and I loved the hotel much that we have looked into moving the Pantages Tower in the future. The atmosphere and location really made us fall in love with the hotel in such a short amount of time.... more
Great location for a visit to St. Michael's Hospital. Competent, courteous, friendly valet upon arrival. Excellent bed. Other furniture sparse and clearly worn. Quieter than I expected; nice surprise. Cost of WiFi is annoying but not unique for this part of the city. At registration I explained that separate receipts were required for each of the two rooms that I had booked. At checkout I was... more
Rooms were fairly nice but the booking process was archaic. My credit card got stuck inside their ancient imprinter and it took two people 30 minutes to pry it loose. For the same price point go to One King West and book their superior suite.
parking information at booking was poor and caused confusion in a high trafice area at arrival, parking rate is high, hotel is tired
We has a girl's weekend complete with facial and massage expertly delivered by the friendly staff. I had booked a suite for three but had to call guest services to make up the third bed, deliver enough towels, supply the room with enough coffee and cups and to repair the microwave. They were very timely and courteous in fulfilling all requests. We enjoyed the multipurpose martini bar; it does... more
Nice hotel. The biggest drawback is the noise in the area. The hotel is very close to a hospital so you hear a lot of ambulance activity. Construction is taking place close by also. The Massey Hall is directly across the street so we heard a lot of activity after the show let out.
This hotel was a perfect location for my stay. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The hot water took quite a bit of time to heat up, almost 10 minutes!! Other than this it was a great stay!
We had a condo purchased here, and when I saw the review of Ali who said there are hookers there I got upset. It can not be true. He has spent only one night, we years. The receptionists are friendly, they have a small gym though, but the building is not dirty. Also very quiet, yes on the weekends you see some drunk losers but its everywhere. Their bar is small and never fully packed so I doubt... more
Poor hotel service And not as mentioned about VIP expedia client, it did not provid any special service for expedia elite plus I do like it
The room was very clean! Loved that there were laminate gloors instead of carpet! Unfortunately they were having water problems and we had no hot water. We were a little disappointed that there was no compensation for having to take a freezing cold shower in the morning.
What can I say other than it was an awful experience right from the sart. The room we received wasn't what I booked and the cleanliness was very poor the dirty tiles and rusty fixtures in washroom dirty dishes in our dishwasher, a broken door, furniture was beat up lamps didn't work and even after we waited 2hours and got a "upgraded"room it still wasn't what I paid for. Will never return.
Location is amazing, so close to the mall. The only down side was that the room was facing the hospital? The heli-ambulance came in 4 times during our 3 day stay. And the washing machine was LOUD! I felt very bad for my neighbors. Next time we'll be sure to do the laundry during the afternoon instead. The full size fridge, stove and microwave came in so handy!
Went for one night stay for business trip. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Did not like the fact that internet was an extra charge.
The Bell man - he worked most days when I was there. Attitude, bad attitude. I asked him about the express shuttle to the airport. He was quick to tell me that I would need to use their car service, $60 to the airport. Did I say car service? I asked for the express shuttle not a car service. With attitude he told me that I would need to walk up the street to the Bond Place Hotel to catch the... more
This is a hotel in perfect location for shows at the Massy Hall. Most things were great with this hotel, except for some minor details. Some details that weren't up to my standards were the lack of King size beds for the room we booked. The shower pressure was too hard and didn't have more than one setting. They can do better with customer service at registration, and the cleaning staff kept... more
The staff were all very helpful. Especially the valets. I was impressed with the room for the great price.
We picked the hotel since it was close to the concert we were going too. Very close to downtown events. The only negative I would have to say is the parking was very expensive. We also didn't like having to call room service to get ice.
We stayed here just for one night for a birthday and we were pleasantly surprised to see what a large room we were given. It was nice to have such a spacious hotel room compared to many others. Everything was clean, people were helpful and the room looked very nice. The only downfall was that there was a surcharge for internet, so travelling guests of outside Canada may incur higher costs if... more
We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The location was awesome and close to everything. Only one minor downside...the check out time was at 11am. The other hotels I've stayed in the same area, the check out was at 1pm.
It was the actually the best hotel ive stayed in so far. The bed was so comfy, the whole set up was nice. The little bar was great too. The bath tub was also great! I will stay there again the next time i go to toronto
Would do it again in a heart beat. Everyone was kind and polite.
Overall good experience and could not beat the price. Only issue is that the walls are very thin, so we could hear the next door shower, run water, talk, everything but other than that not a bad experience.
Friendly valet service with great customer service. Room was spacious and well appointed but a bit worn out. Paint chipping, bathtub seriously damaged -but patched- wood furniture scuffed and bathroom tile a bit grungy. Although my booking included breakfast, I had to argue for it until the lovely front desk lady agreed to correct it. By the way breakfast was delicious. Superb location made it... more
The overall experience felt more like a three start hotel for Canada. The staff were pleasant, and welcoming. The hotel's facilities were modestly clean, but the hotel lacked the qualities and charm id expect from a 4 star.
The hotel was located in the perfect location for me. I was at a conference at another nearby hotel and this hotel provided me with a great location for dining and shopping. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no problem with the internet service. I would stay here again.
Our stay was perfect! The room was very clean. We were surprised to find that our room was equipped with a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, kitchen sink, stove, and fridge. The bed was very comfy!
Excellent location ... nice environmental. . Great bar
This was the second time I have stayed at the hotel and this time my wife and son came with me.
What a terrible experience.
The Wi-Fi in the room barly had a signal and the pull out couch for my son was not very confortable.
The plug end of the lamp cord broke off in the wall socket.
I had to go down to the front desk to get bedding for the pull out couch after 30 minutes of trying to get them...

After a 4 night long stay in this hotel, it is time to write a review and it is unfortunate that I must give a "dislike" rating for this hotel. In fact i have no idea why there are so many good reviews of this hotel online. I never write reviews, but greatly appreciated their customer service and wanted to let people know! Overall the hotel was ok but the Valet service is terrible, they smashed my car on the way out of the garage.. with fresh paint still falling off my car the manager said "they would look at the tapes and call me"...that never happened i called them when i got home 4 days later and the same manager said they looked at the tapes weren't responsible! Es... more
Wonderful, only issue was refrigerator did not seem to get too cold. Otherwise, nice urban - chic kind of place. Place to stay if going to see concert at Massey Hall.

Only there for one night, but everything was great. If you're going out for the night life, especially night clubs, this is slightly out of the way... this is a much better location to be near Yonge Street shopping and some of the bars. YOU DO NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING, they had $35 Valet, but the garage across the street only cost $16 for a night. Great hotel, wish we had been there longer!
All the staff was excellent, they helped my wife and myself a lot, with restaurant reservations, to find locations, to keep safe our luggage while we travelled to other cities. The location at downtown was great, with most of the attractions near the hotel.
found stains on my sheets and rug looked dirty bathroom also smelled. only upside is location
Older hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Nice bar. Very spacious room with full kitchen and in room washer/dryer. Reception area and main floor tend to be very dark.
The hotel was great it even had a washing machine and dryer in the room.
We enjoyed the spacious room, attentive staff, and the drinks and entertainment at the Martini Bar. The room was clean and comfy. The staff at the front desk and door were friendly and helpful. The various martinis were excellent and the waitstaff at the bar were excellent as well. We listened to jazz both Friday and Saturday nights and both entertainers were great. I would definitely recommend... more
My stay at the Pantages was great. There seemed to be a little bit of miscommunication regarding the late check-out policy, but the staff was amenable and quickly solved any problems I had. They really adhered to the customer is always right policy. The room was comfortable, warm and welcoming. And the location in the heart of the Toronto downtown core could not get any better. I really had a... more
These guys run a great hotel in the middle of Toronto. The staff in the lobby is always there to help you with whatever you need whenever you need it. They're fantastic. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
Good experience here, clean, new, modern place to stay.
When i arrived at hotel construction trucks filled the only parking !!! I parked my car to the side ran in to ask where to park ? Front desk said the vallet was at lunch and id have to park in public parking lot !!! $40.00 per day !! Then in my disgust I went back to my car to find a $60.00 ticket !!!! The toilet in my room ran and ran went to front desk twice , but they never fixed it !!! Had... more
I had a great stay at the Pantages. The staff were professional and friendly and the hotel modern and sleek. It was walking distance from a number of attractions in Toronto and had quick access to public transportation. Could not have stayed at a better place.
Extremely good hotel for comfort and location. Staff very pleasant.
fut bonne.Nous avons passé 3 jours à Toronto, l'hôtel est bien situé, le personnel gréable, la voiture prise charge par le valet, la chambe très propre, claire et grande. Par-contre nous n'avons pas testé les repas.Bonne expériance nous y retournerions.
Rooms / furnishing already a little bit worn out, but clean & quiet. Location perfect, parking very expensive
My wife were in Toronto for a trip and wanted a night on our own. The Pantone was a nice boutique hotel, right across from Massey Hall. While our first room had cigarrette smoke (it was a surprise upgrade) the staff switched us without an issue. Otherwise the stay was perfect. I definitely plan on staying here again.
The room was modern and welcoming in its layout and furniture. I did appreciate the luxury of a full european style kitchen and, although I did not use it, the washer dryer combo. There were some issues at the checkout though: I had arrived by plane and was charged parking fees. Also, internet was charged for the entire stay even though I had been informed that I needed to renew on a daily... more
We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again when we are in Toronto. We came to Toronto to enjoy a concert at Massey for our anniversary. We couldn't have picked a better location. As an added bonus, its REALLY hard to get into the restroom at Massey during the... more
This is a great, modern, urban concept hotel located close to a very vibrant entertainment district and not far from other points of interest that Toronto offers. Everything is cool and hip. I enjoyed my stay at the Pantages very much. It is very well located downtown. We had a littlt suite with a living room-kitchenet area. The king size bed was very comfortable the bedroom was spacious. The bar and restaurant on the first floor had live... more
Very friendly staff were helpful at accomodating all my needs. The bar staff were very attentive and helpful as well. The one negative was the noise the heating system made in my particular unit.
The staff were very attentive and professional. The hotel looks as if our room was finished cheaply. Not the furniture, but everything else. A picture was missing on the wall, with an exposed screw left in place on the bare wall. The flooring is laminate, not wood. That's not horrible, but repairs had been made to spots, and the workmanship was very poor. The caulking around the tub was... more
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Unbeatable location.
This is a beautiful hotel that is very convenient to Yonge Street, Dundas Square and Eaton Center. However, it is quiet, with quite a sophisticated decor.
Spotless modern hotel with an excellent, helpful staff. Excellent location--I attended a conference at the Hilton and it was a 10 minute walk to the conference. I had a mix-up with my reservation (my fault) and the staff was very understanding and helpful. Nice martini bar with a piano player in the hotel. Clean, quiet rooms with tasteful, modern furniture and comfy, pillow-top beds.
Very nice, quiet boutique hotel and friendly staff with a convenient location. Enjoyed the kitchenette too. Nice martini bar at the Pantages Hotel Suites & Spa
Great location. Fran,s restaurant 0pened 24 hrs. just next door. Massey Hall across the street.Eaton Centre 2 min. Air Canada Centre 20 min. walk.Everything in room including full size fridge, microwave, washer and dryer[even a dishwasher]Love it!
We loved the convenient location of our hotel which was central to shops and restaurants! The hotel had very friendly and helpful staff. The room was tidy, cozy, and comfortable. I stayed at the Pantages Hotel Suites & Spa the first time about 3 years ago, and I try to stay there whenever I am back in Toronto; the combination of great location, a few steps away from Eaton’s centre, the comfort of the rooms, the helpful staff make the hotel a great place to spend a few nights. We very much enjoyed our stay at Pantages; especially liked the hardword floors in our superior suite. The room was large, clean and modern.
i thought this hotel was really nice~was like having a studio apartment for the night.nice kitchen, bed, the room was very clean. i enjoyed having wood floors instead of carpeting.my only complaint was my room was rather warm~ almost 80 degree's and i asked them to adjust it, but woke up in the middle of the night sweating.otherwise, its a great place to stay =]
I absolutely love this hotel. Absolutely one of the greatest hotel values in toronto, bar none. Great little boutique hotel located a block from Eaton Center. Modern rooms and details, this place is definately one i would return to. I would also recommend their Martini bar downstairs - perfect for a drink or two before a night out.
This is one of my favorite hotels in Toronto. Boutique hotel at its best: not too big but with high end service and rooms. very well located downtown - I can walk to Bay Street or hang out around the Sears shopping area. I also like the bar and its light dinner options. A great place for a business breakfast before heading out on the town. Olivier
the location was great. hotel also came with a full kitchen..which was great but everything was expensive, especially business center. i had to download and paid over $35. The hotel was very clean and cool. We were there for a wedding but felt like we were the ones on honeymoon!
Hotel was not 4 star but still good value. Small things like tea and coffee and dishwashing detergent not replaced when used, charged for phone calls not made, although willingly deducted when mistake realised.
The Pantages staff was very accommodating and went the extra mile to assist my girlfriend and me. They accessed city maps and tour information, arranged for a taxi to the airport, and were very helpful in general. The hotel is in a great location (right down the street from the square,) and the hotel itself is very cool looking.
It was a great stay. This was my first time in Toronto and I must say....I'll be back!!!
The hotel is a great location near Eaton Centre. However, we had several problems that were not immediately corrected by staff, if corrected at all. Then, after the first 24 hours, the AC would not blow cold air and it was the... more

The people at the front desk were nice and helpful and the room was nice. I went to Toronto to attend a professional convention. I stayed at the Pantages for 5 nights and was very satisfied with the room, the services, and the location. I only wish that the internet and local calls were complimentary. Aside from that, the room came with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and even washer/dryer. Very nice decor as well (:

This hotel is very upscale but more affordable than comparable hotels in the area (like the Sheraton).
