Great experience and value
March 11, 2013I just stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Always greeted us with a smile. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The location is ideal, about a minute or two walk to The Eaton Center and the subway station at Dundas Square. I would definitely stay here again.

stayed here for a conference but disappointed in a few ways... not staying again
February 28, 2013unfortunately I waited with my car in the middle of the street for over 20 minutes to find out the valet staff was on break with no back up.... they came out only after I Googled and found phone number and phoned the hotel... all this for a rate of $34/night which ends up more like $40 with taxes... and... more
