Great fine dining experience. Was there for dinner and enjoyed the seafood lasagna. Prices are a little steep, selection limited, but what they do offer is unique and great quality. Highly recommend it as a fine dining destination.
I haven't had dinner at the Palate for quite awhile, so I can't comment on their dinner menu. For lunch, though, I've been here often and I don't think that you can beat the Palate. They have wonderful panini sandwiches that are served with their tasty soup of the day (always a nice surprise...you might have a curried vegetable soup... more
This restaurant was a "Fordor's Choice" and we totally agree with them. The food was innovative and delicious and the service was great. It does, however, have a limited bar. Overall, a wonderful experience.
The food was fine, the dessert was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was anything above average though. The furniture wasn't very comfortable and didn't seem to "fit" with what they want to the place to be. For the price, I'd go somewhere else. There are plenty of places in Fredericton that are just as nice.

The menu is interesting and varied, the food is artistically prepared with wonderful ingredients and everything I've had there has been great. I tried and highly... more
We walked in with a party of four of us and was immediately impressed by the open kitchen to which we could see the chefs prepare our meals. We were informed that it was the first day of their new menu and we were quite impressed with the choices, something for everyone. I chose the tomato boconcini salad to start,... more
The atmosphere was lovely, the service good (the did forget 2 of the drinks we ordered but aside from that we were all very happy) and we got our food quickly. The menu had a huge variety of items - from their soup/sandwich of the day to chicken and tofu stirfries, quesadillas, etc. The stirfries were what impressed me -... more
Great atmosphere, spacious and great service. Food is gormet and very good but expensive
This is THE best restaurant in Fredericton. High quality ingredients used to make incredible dishes. The best breakfast I have ever had. Gained its reputation among food-lovers by providing extremely high quality food at wonderful prices!
