I haven't had dinner at the Palate for quite awhile, so I can't comment on their dinner menu. For lunch, though, I've been here often and I don't think that you can beat the Palate. A wonderful surprise

This restaurant was a "Fordor's Choice" and we totally agree with them. The food was innovative and delicious and the service was great. It does, however, have a limited bar. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Nice food, but they need to do some updates

The food was fine, the dessert was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was anything above average though. The furniture wasn't very comfortable and didn't seem to "fit" with what they want to the place to be. For the price, I'd go somewhere else. There are plenty of places in Fredericton that are just as nice.
