Wonderful
Great fine dining experience. Was there for dinner and enjoyed the seafood lasagna. Prices are a little steep, selection limited, but what they do offer is unique and great quality. Highly recommend it as a fine dining destination.

September 25, 2010I haven't had dinner at the Palate for quite awhile, so I can't comment on their dinner menu. For lunch, though, I've been here often and I don't think that you can beat the Palate. They have wonderful panini sandwiches that are served with their tasty soup of the day (always a nice surprise...you might have a curried vegetable soup... more

A wonderful surprise
July 17, 2010This restaurant was a "Fordor's Choice" and we totally agree with them. The food was innovative and delicious and the service was great. It does, however, have a limited bar. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Nice food, but they need to do some updates
July 17, 2010The food was fine, the dessert was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was anything above average though. The furniture wasn't very comfortable and didn't seem to "fit" with what they want to the place to be. For the price, I'd go somewhere else. There are plenty of places in Fredericton that are just as nice.
