We only ordered for take out but as we were standing there to wait for our order, we noticed that there were at least 5 people who came up with their receipts to complain about something. Nando's is a Portuguese style flame-grilled chicken place. The chicken is quite good and flavorful. Expect a long line if you aren't there right at noon (for lunch). We waited a good 20 minutes before we ordered (they don't take orders over the phone). Another 10minutes later we were eating around 12:40pm.

I'd try to go back here again at dinner if I go back at all.

My guy wanted to go to this restaurant as he mainly eats chicken. We drove across town to go here especially. We each ordered a chicken piri sandwich and it was rather boring. Yes it was good chicken, but it's not difficult to make good chicken at home that has some heat. The fries were rather basic with piri dust sprinkled on top. Rather boring. The doors really aren't well insulated, as gusts of -20 winds easily got into the building freezing any poor customer seated nearby. The chicken at Nandos is tender and juicy. I have tried it quite a few times & it has been very consistent. If you don't like spicy food stick with one of the milder options. You can always add the spicy garlic sauce on the table to it but it's hard to make it less spicy. :)
