Push it to the Limit!!!
Oh Yes!!! That is definitely what you feel and that is the attitude you gotta have when training with Leroy! I have been training with him for the past month and I can truly say that he is a true professional and just so much fun to train with. I am not gonna deny that it is definitely hard work but you will feel that you have accomplished a lot as he keeps you focused, motivated....and sweaty! I look forward to him saying "You got three more, two more, etc", "You can do it" and his classic "High Five"...that keeps me motivated even when I feel my muscles are just giving in!!! Thanks Leroy and Keep Up the Great Work!!!

I have been training with Leroy for over 2 years now with 1-1 sessions and bootcamp classes. His expertise, professionalism, and patience keeps me motivated to reach my fitness goals. Great one on one Training!!!
Leroy has been awsome! He pushes you to the next level and you feel great leaving even your muscles are screaming in pain! He has been preparing me for my first fitness show and I have full confidence that he will help me reach my goal! Thanks again and can't wait to post pictures in 2011!
On My Way to a Better Me with Lean Body Studio!
I can't say enough about Lean Body Studio. Connecting with Leroy was the best thing I could have ever done for myself, my health and my self esteem. After 2 short months my friends are already commenting on the changes in my appearance. I still have a long way to go, but I can't do it without Lean Body. Leroy is calm and reassuring, and pushes me while explaining the muscles being worked and the benefits of each exercise. What I like best is that he doesn't bombard me with everything at once, rather he introduces all aspects of weight training, conditioning and healthy living in stages. One day I will be his walking billboard! Thanks Leroy!
Great Personal Training Studio and Trainers
As a fitness competitor and gymnast I need someone to push me to my limits and someone that's good with sports specific training. Leroy does that for me. He's a great trainer very personable and positive he gets the job done. Look forward to continuing training and reaching my goals for the 2011 season.

You certainly have a loyal clientele base that speak very highly of you so you are obviously doing something right! That's for sure! Especially the results that you are getting for your clients speaks for itself! You make it fun for them!
