Push it to the Limit!!!
Oh Yes!!! That is definitely what you feel and that is the attitude you gotta have when training with Leroy! I have been training with him for the past month and I can truly say that he is a true professional and just so much fun to train with. I am not gonna deny that it is definitely hard work but you will feel that you have accomplished a lot as he keeps you focused, motivated....and sweaty! I look forward to him saying "You got three more, two more, etc", "You can do it" and his classic "High Five"...that keeps me motivated even when I feel my muscles are just giving in!!! Thanks Leroy and Keep Up the Great Work!!!
