Custom Maids has been cleaning my apartment for 6 years. Always do a great job, always responsive to my requests. Very low turnover - had 1 cleaning lady for 3 years and a second lady the past 3. I've been using custom maids for 3-4 years. I've had 2 maids over that period and both were on time, friendly, reliable and trustworthy (first one moved away unfortunately!). I scheduled a cleaning by Custom Maids. I was expecting the typical cleaning but my surprise it was great it was above and beyond my expectations. She showed up on time and wow did she ever clean. We initially had good experience with TCM. Until this week, when the cleaning lady decided to pour the dirty mop water into the KITCHEN sink. The sink got clogged, so clogged that drain cleaner couldn't clean it. Instead, the pipe burst. I am livid. They are reimbursing me and paying for the plumber and cabinetry repairs. NEVER AGAIN.

Rudeness, theft, and, finally, something disgusting that the cleaner left for me to find. I tolerated Custom Maids for much too long. They do not seem to do background checks on the people they send to clean.

I needed to get my apartment cleaned on short notice and Custom Maids scheduled an appointment on one day's notice. The cleaner arived promply and did a really good job of cleaning up the apartment. Amazing group of cleaners at a phenomenal price. They specialize in weekday service and DO NOT do evenings. But with some smooth talking you can get weekend service.
I would recommend for your home or office needs.
ps. I have a great cleaner with them and I will share their name if you ask me direct, but she's so great I don't want to overwhelm her with requests.

I have used Custom Maids for about a year now. They generally do great work. I ask for Zolna whenever she is available - she is absolutely fantastic! She cleans very thoroughly, and her ability to tidy things into the exact places where you want them is sort of spooky - never a dish out of place in the kitchen.

We've used them twice now and are really happy after a string of disappointing cleaning companies. I didn't want to go with a service where I had to provide the cleaning supplies, but it's worth it. The cleaning woman who's come twice now is very nice and does a wonderful job!

I have used Custom Maids many times and all the cleaners did a wonderful job! My only issue is that when I would request the same person again they always seemed to have left the company. Other than that they were friendly, accommodating and did a superb cleaning job and I have really high standards.

custom maids has incredibly rude customer service personnel, and just the experience of contacting them was trying. they put me on hold a few times, then kept transferring me without warning. i would not call them again.

We used custom maids for a few years and they were excellent. They kept a key to our home in a secure place, sent staff that were well trained, were flexible with there scheduling, and had no billing problems. I would recommend them to others. The only thing was they were a little expensive versus going with an independant - that's the only downfall.

Hired for general cleaning (dust, vacuum, mop). Did a lot of surface cleaning and "hotel effects" (pillow, towel carpet arrangement) but didn't clean thoroughly. Did not clean bathtub, didn't dust shelves or desk, mopped half the floor, made the bed by pulling the covers up (ie sheets not tucked in), cleaned half the kitchen (didn't wipe down cupboards) and finished 15 minutes early.
