Phenomenal Service!

Custom Maids is fantastic! They have great customer service; helping me find a maid in a pinch! What makes them standout for me is their attention to detail (washing baseboards, removing marks off the walls, etc). This made a huge difference and my apartment sparkled afterwards. I also loved the checklist they left behind with everything they accomplished and cleaning supplies I need to restock. So well organized! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning and great customer service!

Excellent service

A thorough cleaning job every time, and friendly service from everyone! We've been using Custom Maids since 2009 and have been very satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service.

Custom Maids has been cleaning my apartment for 6 years. Always do a great job, always responsive to my requests. Very low turnover - had 1 cleaning lady for 3 years and a second lady the past 3. Both amazing - late 30s/mid-40s, highly experienced, and professional. Love this place!!! Best cleaning service in the city. Highly recommend them.
