Excellent Service

I called RJM Mechanical when my hot water tank failed. They promised me they would be at my residence in an hour. They arrived fifteen minutes after I called. Their staff are all experts and are all licensed journeymen. The technician who repaired and serviced my tank took time to explain how everything works and what could go wrong. They had the problem fixed within an hour. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable and they were able to get my hot water tank working. This is by far the best plumbing and heating company I dealt with. My only regret is not dealing with them in the first place. I can not recommend any other company for plumbing or heating, this is simply the best for the Tri-City area.
