May 10, 2012My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary in October 2008. The staff was really friendly, the bed was really comfortable and the overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful. The only problem I had was with the bathroom- it appeared to have been overlooked when the rest of the room was cleaned. There was a used shampoo bottle and mouthwash bottle in the sink. A wedding? Great place...
May 10, 2012We had my daughters wedding here early June, 2008 - the ceremony, reception, dinner and dance (even photos). Everything was perfect. Penny MacKinnon, the Events Coordinator at the Hotel, was terrific; she actually coordinated the rehearsal as well as the actual wedding ceremony which was totally unexpected, but very appreciated. Nice enough to pay an extra $300 a night?
May 10, 2012We had a nice enough time at the Prince George until I found the extra $300 they charged us to clean the room because they said it smelled like smoke and they found cigarette butts in the room. Neither my husband nor I smoke, so needless to say I was annoyed - and even more so when they refused to listen to me.
