Food - great, service - slow motion
January 13, 2014Stopped in for lunch with two of our grandchildren (kids eat free for January which was a pleasant surprise). It wasn't our first choice but near Polo Park everything is often crowded, so Perkins it was. The food was good - we all had something different burgers, chicken fingers, potato pancakes and a kids hot dog. The service was slow.... more

No surprises, and that's a good thing
July 12, 2013A group of us met for breakfast at this Perkins restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, and the unlimited coffee is a definite bonus. The nice thing about Perkins is that their menu and quality of food is universal throughout their chain, whether the restaurant is in Canada or the United States. The worst Perkins experience I have ever had. Poor service - to the point where several people actualy left without paying, because no one attended the front counter for twenty minutes! Unbelievable! Makes McDonalds look like Baileys!
