Assault on guest by pool attendant employed by Le Grand Lodge

We had a horrific experience at Le Grand Lodge just 2 weeks ago. My 19 year old daughter was struck (yes, I mean she was hit) by the pool attendant who was extremely rude to both of us and actually swore at her ( he used a vernacular Quebecois expression) as well. The whole situation was handled abominably by "management". The pool attendant continues to rule the pool area. Beware, this is not... more

I would definitely go back to Le Grande Lodge! The hotel looked just like a log cabin and the decorations and everything looked very cozy and warm. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the maids cleaned up the rooms very well every day. Loved it.
