Great Food and Service

Jethro's is a quaint little diner on Dunbar near the west end of Vancouver. It generally has a line-up for breakfast and lunch. Jethro's has a small dining area with little decor. The establishment itself is clean and the hosts well staffed. Their breakfast and lunch menus include very interesting items. Their take on breakfast and lunch is something different from the general diner you see around the Kitsilano and Kerrisdale areas. Everything from their sausage and hashbrowns to their omelettes and pancakes is prepared wonderfully and served with a genuine friendliness that is sometimes difficult to find in Vancouver's dining scene. Highly recommended for a great time and great food, check out Jethro's for for something new. Be warned that waiting times for breakfast and lunch can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, with no waiting area inside the restaurant. Come early!
