if it's second hand, you can't tell

Jacquelina's is a store that sells mostly second hand clothing, from what I could gather, but you can't tell with most of their items. Many that I thought were pre-worn could have been new because of how they looked. So you'll notice right away that the prices are good and you can get away with some nice finds here.
