Our Family Experience was Great

We booked 2 adjoining rooms for us and our teens. The staff was very friendly and helpful - when kids accidentally locked themselves out of their room, maintenance took care of it within minutes. The kids loved the pool. We found the pool and whirlpool a little chaotic because others weren't supervising their younger kids, but that's not the fault of the hotel... Hotel was in walking distance... more

Hot tub was so hot it would burn you. Pool was ice cold. 2 elevaters were broken. Trying to get down stairs with 3 little kids was not easy
