I booked the Romance Package for my husband and I to celebrate our recent wedding. I was under the impression that Holtz was one of the nicest places in Ottawa from online reviews and google searches but I was wrong.
The decor is extremely outdated and of poor taste. I found the entire venue to be busy, loud, and chaotic....
