My wife and I went for the couples romance package and thoroughly enjoyed the services! The staff are very attentive and professional. We did not feel rushed and had some time to relax with a a cup of tea in the lounge between each service. Feeling uptight and deserve to be pampered? Try it.

Couples massage - Mediocre value for money

This review is strictly for the couples massage; we didn't use any of the other spa services.
Pros:

Very poor couples massage

The massage room was cold and the massage itself was mediocre. Was told we could shower post massage but were rushed out of the room for the next patrons. Perhaps the worst part was the cost - have had much superior services for literally half the cost. We were very disappointed as we were looking forward to the visit.

We did a couples massage on a Monday. Very basic and rushed out of room after. Thought 250 would go a bit further than 50 min massage. Consider parking and downtown traffic before booking. Look elsewhere.

The facial I received was top notch, with the staff member (Klara) being very respectful, kind, and wishing to ensure that I was completely relaxed!

Loved this spa! The Detox to Wellness package was just perfect for me. Started with a wonderful massage, and finished with a facial and reflexology on my feet at the same time - wonderful experience. This is a lovely spa. However, I was dissapointed about a couple of things. I was not offered a robe and slippers for my facial appt.
