Exceptional Hotel

Greetings! I work in sales and travel to Vancouver quite often, and always stay at this hotel (both when I am in town on business or whether I am bringing my family for a weekend getaway). The location is extremely central, and the facilities are fantastic. They have free breakfast, internet, pool and hot tub, and free parking! This hotel has a free airport shuttle that provides me with door-to-door service to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Aside from the great guest rooms, the best part of the hotel is the staff! They go above and beyond the call of duty, and really make you feel like part of the family.

Choose this hotel and you will never stay anywhere else!

Morning fire alarm, leaking shower roof. promised discounts but never gave them.

There was a 7 AM fire bell. Apparently there was smoke from a toaster in the kitchen. They promised us a discount but never gave it to us. The night before, there was leaking throughout the night from the roof of the shower. Burning hot water was coming out because of the light bulb heating the water up. Good price, but dont be surprised if you have a leaking roof or a fire alarm wakes you up... more

My family was displaced from our home due to a pipe bursting. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Riverport Express for one full month. The staff was extremely helpful., kind and even had gatherings in the breakfast room every week with free beverages and snacks. The rooms were very clean! beds are great. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, I would stay here any time.Great value many... more
