Sold me used gear and told me it was new.
Absolutely incompetent. They designed my surround system and installed the rear speakers ahead of the listener. They have a no refunds policy and the after sales service is non-existent. The awards they receive are from the companies whose products they sell, not consumers. Once they have their money they don't want to know about you.

October 14, 2008Incompetent consultant designed a system for my room that when instaled, put the rear speakers ahead of the listener. Duh!! They then delivered a used sub-woofer for my new system, botched the installation, and refused to correct the problems. I returned the system for refund and they denied that they had it.
