Hell’s Kitchen offers you dining, cocktailing & music in a setting that presents the best qualities of restaurant, lounge & bar in the thriving neighbourhood of Kitsilano.

We are open for daily lunch, dinner, and late night eating in the restaurant, around the bar, or on our gorgeous, heated patio looking on to the bustle of the 4th Avenue shopping district.
nning quality and service, including numerous 1st place honours for the best pizza in Vancouver.

Poor Food and Service

I visited Hell's Kitchen on a whim. I've driven by this hotspot many times before, and each time it was jam packed with people so I knew there must be something about this place that has people coming back. Unfortunately I'm not one of those people who will ever be coming back.

Upon entering, the ambience and atmosphere is fantastic. I visited on a Friday evening, so there was a resident DJ playing loud music, and all of the tables were packed, as well as both bars. This is the type of place that you more likely see in Yaletown rather than Kitsilano, but not to complain, I would say this kind of atmosphere is the only strong point about this restaurant. The settings are clean, but that is a general given considering the type of establishment. The menus are fairly well thought out, with dishes that should be able to satisfy most people from the boring to the adventurous. To my dismay, everything on the menu was horrendous. The service was prompt, although unattentive. Our server never once asked us how our drinks were, or how our dishes were. The calamari was tasteless, I've had better quality calamari from fast food diners in shopping malls. The pizza was terrible as well. Comprised of what should be fantastic ingredients, their pizza was incredibly bland. I've had better quality pizza in fast food diners along Granville Street. I can honestly say there is nothing, absolutely nothing about this restaurant worth coming back to, unless you wish to sit around and have a few drinks to people watch. Otherwise, if you're looking for an establishment with great food and service, definitely walk by this one.

From the fiery pit of Hell's Kitchen, you will be served mouthwatering dishes such as Three Cheese Crab Dip, Wild BC Salmon and the famous Hell's Burgers. This popular restaurant is perpetually buzzing with activity, owing to the freshly baked Pizzas From Hell. For more information, please visit the website.
