Beautiful New Hotel!!!!

This hotel offers everything you want! Service, great rooms, delicious hot breakfast ... large indoor saltwater pool, whirlpool, fitness ctr....and more!

I've stayed in many hotels throughout the U.S. and a few in Canada. The Hampton inn in Barrie is really quite nice for the price. However, the best part is the desk staff -- while they don't have a lot of power to make strange changes to your reservation, they more than make up for it in cheerful and positive personalities. Non smoking room smelled like smoke

After booking a non-smoking room, I didn't expect a room that smelled like an ash tray. Management did a very poor job of converting a smoking room into a non-smoking room. When asked if I could be transferred to another room they weren't obliging. Very disappointing experience.

Great Hotel...with one problem

The hotel is fairly new and that shows. The lobby is nice with a large area to hang around, it becomes the breakfast area in the morning. There is always coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.
