Fire & Ice is a great Stir-Fry Restaurant in Markham. You can choose between creating your own Stir-Fry, or you can order a la carte. If you want to create your own Stir-Fry this is the right place for you!

Poor hygiene - i'm outta here
August 19, 2007Let me preface this by saying I only went there once. Because once was enough. At this establishment, you watch the cooks make the stir-fry to order in front of you. And when I saw the cook take raw chicken with tongs and put it on the grill, and then take my bread with the SAME tongs ... well that was it for me.
