Great hotel, great location.

We stayed at the Delta Chelsea for a couple nights while in Toronto to see a concert. I have stayed there before, pleasure and work. I love the location, the rooms are clean and attractive. There is a pool, great restaurants and a play area for kids, including a pool with a slide. This hotel is my number one choice.

Rooms that have not been renovated yet are in poor, tired shape (the mattress and linens were nice, however). Very much a dissapointment. Otherwise the hotel is ok; the adult pool area is nice, and the location can't be beat. 7/10

Looked very outdated and had a sewer gas smell in the bathroom. It was really fun watching tv on an ancient 20" crt tv.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days beginning 19th July, 2011. Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Hotel lobby seems to be buzzing through out my stay. Free wifi available throughout the entire first floor of the hotel. Check-in was a breeze and was offered a room upgrade for $25 extra. Service person was courtesy and friendly. We grabbed a quick lunch by the bar.... more
